Really, it's all just Blue Oyster Cult and Rush, Virgin Steele and Iron Maiden, mellowed out in the recipe by some sea shanties and Al Stewart, a cigarette and a strong cup of tea, delivered to you straight up by a bisexual woman in a lesbian marriage who does some engineering and some bullshit IRL with the main objectives being realism, irony and absurdity while women are loving women, with a healthy recognition of the absurdity in my own precious (but because of the humour hopefully not pretentious) philosophical-historical takes on things.

Oh and I read Sonja Blue in the late 90s and it changed me forever.

But I don't write Sonja Blue fics (this claim is now "pending" -- i finally have an idea).
