Chapter Text

there is grace in every move he makes, an artist who puts his soul in every movement when the rhythms start to kick. the blaring sound of music tickles his sense as he moves. his hand reaches his chest, he feels the smooth fabric that slowly goes off his body. first revealing his chest, until it covers nothing. the dance continues, more appealing and obscene than before. yonghyun can hear people cheer so loud for him when he touches the floor, sensing the cold. his hips sync perfectly with the music. every breath he makes coincides with his hand that creates harmony, a perfect motion that captivated people's eyes. the music slows down, yonghyun ends his dance with a strong gaze, breathless. once again makes people clap, not all of them but for him that's enough. he's gonna get paid tonight. nothing to worry about.

he goes off the stage to the makeup room, putting his usual clothes again. he just wants to head straight to his apartment but his boss still nowhere to be found. yonghyun decides to wait in the bar counter. he sees doha who wipes the glass. "how's your night?" he greets as he sees yonghyun walks to him. doha smiles just like usual, his dimples get deeper, he always looks so dazzling. and yonghyun can tell why everyone loves doha, not like him who perhaps disgusts most of people. "fine, another night on the stage naked." yonghyun chuckles slightly. there’s nothing fun left when he’s dancing anymore. he used to love dancing, but now every time he finished his work only emptiness that lingers. no joy, no pride, everything is gone long time ago. the energy that burst from him now only enough to make him move slightly, it's like the soul he once put on his moves slowly decay. "want something to drink? i'll pay." doha pours whiskey to the glass, and adds some ice before hand it to yonghyun. "i bet you got so much tips today?" "kind of." he smiles again before continuing. "i guess my luck is reaching me again." now he laughs, yonghyun always adores doha. the boy who's always surrounded by happiness and luck. but sometimes yonghyun isn't sure whether he adores doha or just wanna be him. "good for you." yonghyun forces a smile that only reached the corner of his lips. "are you okay? you seems less dazzling now. no offense. but you used to be more alive than this. i'm worried." the look on doha's face changed. yonghyun knows he shouldn't make doha worry about him again, but this time he can't fake it. "none taken because what you said mostly right. maybe i'm just tired. both physically and mentally." yonghyun sighs, he swallows all of his drink at once. "maybe you should take a break and rest, you know. you can't work like this, hyun. i'm really really worried. i hope you get better soon." doha smiles again, this time his smile looks more genuine than ever. yonghyun also smiles in reply, try to convince himself that he's okay. "yeah, maybe i should. even though that won't be easy." yonghyun sees his boss as he speaks, he quickly left the table. he needs to get his money now and go home. he can't stand being in this place longer, not when doha keeps staring at him like he's such a wounded animal. well, maybe he's wounded after all, the harsh life will keep torturing an artist who's already put his soul in the dance instead of his heart.

people say the night is dangerous, but jinseok loves the night. it makes everything looks easier, easy to forget mostly. he always adores the bars that look lively after the moon revealing its glow. it's an exaggeration to say that the night feels like home, but he's sure the night makes him feel safe. the bars are the right place for a loser like him. he also loves the liquor, nothing seems more enjoyable than forgetting his messy life, and the liquor is the right choice.
jinseok's legs feel light as he walk to his favorite bar, a place where he can admires his delicate artist, kim yonghyun. jinseok never able to greet yonghyun, but his love for the dancer grow more each day. he starts this thing he called love 2 months ago, when he strangely found the bar where yonghyun works after he almost got kicked out from his company. he never knew that he could fall for a stripper, he doesnt dare to admit at first because it's strange, he doesn’t love a man and certainly he would never fall for a stripper. but yonghyun is an exception, the contradiction that he loves. he admires how yonghyun dances perfectly sync with the music, he wants to do that, but mostly he just want to do that with yonghyun. for jinseok, kim yonghyun is grace, an artist who dances his soul. and jinseok loves to see yonghyun moves gracefully under the spotlight, the way his hands draw a circle before his clothes fall on the ground is a beautiful view. jinseok fond of that, but mostly he just wants to be the one who takes the clothes offinstead of yonghyun himself.
He sees yonghyun is already on stage when he walks to the bar. yonghyun wears a white top that -as always almost revealing his chest. he still looks fascinating as ever. the light makes yonghyun looks more dazzling. jinseok sips his liquor as he watches yonghyun dances gracefully. the moon now perhaps is jealous because it can't compare the beauty of the dancer, now that its light begins to fade. maybe jinseok just loves to exaggerate everything when it comes to kim yonghyun. maybe he's just drunk in love, or maybe a mix of it. he doesn't care, as long as he can forever see the dancer, his life couldn't be any better.
