   Summary

   Picking up where the 1992 film left off, Nathaniel and Cora deal with respective losses, grief, and the joys, challenges, and dangers that arise as their love develops and they move forward with a new life together with Chingachgook. Old bonds are strengthened and new ones made as they discover the true meaning of family and deep, sacrificial love. Nathaniel/Cora centered with Chingachgook and others, and some curious Uncas/Alice elements and moments. Some background filler/explanations based on the J.F. Cooper books.
