Bakugou was screaming murder and Todoroki had death in his eyes.
A common scene in Class 1-A, much to the others displeasure/amusement.
Well, at least when 1-A’s own smol cinnamon roll was not present.
Midoriya Izuku.
Ever since the Sport Festival, Todoroki has been reaching out to his fellow classmates and has been over attached to a certain All Might fanboy. No other than Midoriya himself, the boy who helped him overcome his internal battle of using his powerful fire quirk. In Midoriya’s point of view, he's happy the latter is finally attempting in reaching out towards other, finding the value in friendship and rekindle his relationship with his mother. The rest of the class saw this as Todoroki imprinting on Midoriya due to how much time Todoroki spends time with the green haired boy.
And Bakugou was pissed.
To everyone's surprise (Not really there was a betting pool of whatever or not Bakugou was gay for Deku, Mineta lost a lot of money) Bakugou started to talk with Deku more often, and shouting less “DIE DEKU!” And blowing up in Todoroki’s face with colorful words and explosions. Only when Midoriya wasn't there to witness of course.
“DEKU SHOULD BE GAY FOR ME AND ME ONLY, HALF N’ HALF BASTARD!!!!” Bakugou roared as he used his quirk on Todoroki.
Todoroki was quick to use his ice quirk to create a giant shard of ice to use as a shield, “You don’t deserve to have such thoughts about Midoriya.” He sneered.
Their classmates sat in their assigned seats and watched with uninterested eyes at their dramatic fight over something so petty. Before Midoriya left the class to use the bathroom, Aizawa instructed the class to get ready for a hero exercise with All Might.
This, of course, caused an uproar between 1-A’s Hothead and Ice Prince.
"I'm surprised Deku hasn’t noticed by now the extra attention he's getting by those two.” Uraraka sighs, as she walks with the girls to the locker rooms to switch to their hero outfits.
“Considering how observant Midoriya-chan is, you would think he suspects something is different by now.” Asui agrees, as all the females from 1-A stare at the topic of their conversation.
Since the two boys have been fighting for Midoriya’s affection, Class 1-A has taken among themselves to keep a tally score. Bakugo and Todoroki get a certain number of points if they do something ‘Deku Boyfriend Worthy Material.’
The class split into teams of which they believe would become Deku’s future boyfriend.
McSplodey Squad: Kirishima, Kaminari, Ashido, Sero, and Sato
Icy Hot Squad: Momo, Jiro, Ojiro, Hagakure, and Aoyama
Protect Deku With All Cause Squad: Uraraka, Iida, Tokoyami, Asui, Shoji, and Koda
If Midoriya needed something like a pencil it would be ‘who's the fastest to get out a pencil for Deku’. (Point for Todoroki only because Bakugou grabbed the pencil from Jiro while she was using it and threw it at Deku’s face). Or when Midoriya just comments about anything it becomes a competition between the two boys to receive a smile or a blush from said young male.
When Midoriya said he was thirsty, Bakugou blasted his way to the nearest vending machine and pushed people out of his way, to get the smol boy his drink. Leaving said boy shocked and stuttering out a small thank you.
When Midoriya was too hot or too cold, Todoroki without hesitation uses his quirk to fix the problem, giving him an excuse to be close to Midoriya and give him ‘just friends’ cuddles. Midoriya always ends up in a blushing mess.
But despite all this. Our young hero Deku is still obvious to the fact that he has two of the strongest and most handsome students in UA are smitten to him.
“Bakugou-kun and Todoroki-kun can you please behave in a civil manner that doesn't require to use your quirks in an unacademic manner!” Idia rants as he frantically waves his arms, as the boys of class 1-A head to the locker rooms in a similar fashion as the girls but with two love smitten students in tow.
Bakugou stirs his heated gaze away from Todoroki enough to shout back at Iida. “It doesn't have to be this way if only I don't need to teach this shit head to get his head out of his ass to realize that Deku is mine and has always been mine.” When Bakugou finished he flashed one last glare at Todoroki and stomped his way over to the Bakugou Team.
Mineta still can't believe Bakugou and Todoroki have the hots for Midoriya.
As the boys were changing into their hero outfits, Midoriya came in running to the changing room.
“The nearest bathrooms were closed, so I come here running so I don't have to slow everybody down,” Midoriya said as his panting slowed down and quickly started to change into his green hero outfit.
Todoroki and Bakugou weren't paying much attention to what Deku was saying. They were both distracted by how adorable Deku’s little puffs of air were from catching his breath and his flushed expression. Also how adorable he looks as he shimmies into his outfit quickly, while he mumbled incoherently about his predictions about the upcoming hero exercise.
Both of them came back to reality when they realize Deku was asking them a question.
“Hey, are you guys alright? Is there something wrong with my outfit?” He questions as he lifts up his headgear, causing this fluffy green hair to become even messier and teasing to pet.
The love-stricken males were caught off guard as they stare at how perfect this fluff of hair framed his face cutely, as his pushed up headpiece was positioned to appear like bunny ears. And don't get them started with the freckles. It was an adorable sight to behold.
Todoroki was the first to get some words out of his mouth. “Nothing is wrong Midoriya.” He says in a flat tone.
But something's definitely wrong.
‘ How can someone look so adorable and be able to go outside without being harassed!?’ Todoroki ponders internally. Restricting the urge to walk over to Midoriya and confirm his thoughts of Midoriya having the softest hair in the universe. And perhaps calm his possessiveness from the scenarios conjured up by his head of somebody else besides him, having the opportunity to touch Izuku.
Bakugou responds with a quick,”Shut up nerd.” He then quickly walks out of the locker room, hoping Deku didn't see him blush bright red as he recreates the image of Deku with the look of confusion on his stupid, cute freckled face.
Bakugou’s exit led the other boys to remember to hurry in order to not show up late. Who knows what's in store for them.

“Alright class, it's time for me to give you your hero training exercise!”All Might says with great optimism as he points to the screen, where an image of a city is shown.
“As you can see, this is a model of a city. This would be our training ground.” The students of UA stare the huge training ground that they must enter to become one step closer to becoming heroes. The model city was large, tall buildings and numerous roads. How did the school afford for this, well that's UA for you. “This activity is going to be very similar to a game you may know well: tag.”
Of course, the majority of the students remember the fond children's game of tag.
Bakugou remembers playing tag with the extras of his class as a child. He remembers how easy it was for him to quickly tag Deku. He always targeted Deku first, to show him and the rest of his peers how he was the best. He would always remain as the last kid standing.
‘This is going to be easy’ Bakugou thinks to himself.
Alas, not every student had a good memory of the game tag. Todoroki remembers bitterly, watching his siblings playing games like tag from a distance. Not allowed to engage in the game as a cause of his father’s harsh training not having room for ‘meaningless games.’
‘Well, at least I can say I played tag once.’ Todoroki muses in this head.
“The rules are simple, it's every person for themselves. And to make things harder than simply tagging your opponent, you must immobilize them by using capture tape that you will be equipped. Alliances are allowed, but in the end, there must be one person uncaptured. This activity would be let you kids practice on capturing a villain and avoid being captured by your opponents. And not to mention it’s a fun activity and I believe all you deserve something fun yet challenging”
“I hope I get to restrain a hot girl.” Mineta says wistfully. The whole class sighed at Mineta’s perverted statement.
Except for two students, letting their imagination run wild with the thought of restraining a certain freckled boy.
Class 1-A was excited about the activity, adrenaline running in their blood. Everyone had the same goal, to become number one.
However, it came as a flash another idea in the young hero’s minds, ‘Who would capture Midoriya first, Bakugou or Todoroki? Or would they help him in this training exercise?’ This indeed would become another competition between said males in order to show their skills and most importantly shove it in front the opposing love rival.
“You might as well fuck off from Deku Halfie. It's obvious that not only am I going to win this challenge but also get to capture Deku first.” Bakugou harshly whispers to the odd haired male, making sure Deku was out of earshot.
“I see you still believe in your false illusions about your chances with Midoriya. I would allow myself to follow your childish challenge only to prove that I'm more fitting for being Midoriya’s future partner. Even though it's not so much of challenge considering it's you.” Todoroki replied with venom in his words as he allows himself to flash a small teasing smirk at Bakugou with his last statement and walks away.
Bakugou is glaring with hatred at Todoroki’s retreating form. When Bakugou was just ready to send an explosion to said boy, he gets stopped by the only person not afraid of Bakugou’s outbursts. “Hey now Bakugou, save your sparks on the battleground,” Kirishima says with a wide smile on this face, as he pats the blonde on the back. Kaimari decided to add on to the conversation. “I still don't understand why you guys are still butting heads. Wouldn't it be easier if you just confess to Midoriya already? I mean it's not that complicated, just take me and Eijiro for example.” Kaimari then processes to hold hands with the redhead.
Bakugou stares at the two idiots he calls friends for a moment until he quickly flashed them with the middle finger and turns to the starting point of the activity.
Unknowingly by the three boys, a certain ice and fire quirk user also listened to Kaimari’s suggestion and plans to change that.
The reason why this feud has stretched out for weeks is that these two idiots get all flustered when it comes to confessing their feelings to the most precious student of class 1-A (more like the most precious from all UA). It did make sense that these awkward teens would be total blockheads in terms of showing affection. I mean seriously is there a special guide on how to confess someone.
Someone needs to make one for these poor boys.

As Todoroki’s classmates were lining up to get started with this activity, He couldn't help but let his bi-color eyes wander to Midoriya. As always before engaging in anything hero related, he's mumbling to himself, lost in his own thoughts. After spending more time with Midoriya, he found comfort to listen to the words that would spill from said male’s lips. Todoroki thought it was a particular trait, but he loved to hear Midoriya’s voice as he calculates the situation and his eyes get wider from excitement. It was utterly mesmerizing.
He never paid much attention to his classmates before.At the beginning it was all about surpassing All Might, these goals integrated within him by his Father. But at the Sports Festival, Midoriya made him see a new light and did so by risking his own body in the process. At first his attraction towards the male was purely out of interest and curiosity. It wasn't until later on did he realize, ‘ shit I'm might have fallen in love with Midoriya, but just a little.’
It turned out it was more than just a little.
Back to the situation at hand. Todoroki set his gaze back to the starting point of the city and plans out a strategy in with he successfully capture many opponents and most importantly keep Midoriya away from that bastard’s hands.
“All RIGHT” All Might mighty voice boomed.
“MAY THE ACTIVITY BEGIN IN THREE-”
Class 1-A began to tense up but was brush away with new cuny energy.
“TWO-”
Todoroki shot one last glance at Midoriya, face filled with determination.
“ONE-”
He tears his longing gaze at Midoriya, then turned to Bakugou who unsurprisingly was already glaring at him.
Without any words, the two males already knew what the other was thinking, they were tired of waiting, whoever captures Midoriya first gets to confess.
PLUS ULTRA!” All Might shout with all his might. The students of 1-A started to scatter in all directions into the model city.
‘I will not lose, Midoriya will become mine’ Todoroki thinks as he freezes the floor to halt some of the students or at least catch them off guard.

“That fucktard, he really thinks this shitty ice is going to stop me.” Bakugou sneers and perfectly avoids the icy attack.
If it was just another activity Bakugou’s game plan usually went along with the lines of ‘Die’ or ‘Destroy Everyone That's In My Path.’
But shit is serious this time.
He can't have fucking halfie ruin this chances with Deku.
He liked Deku before he even knew he liked the little nerd. He may have acted like a jerk to Deku in the past, but that was because of his stupid ego. Although he hates to admit it, after witnessing the capabilities of his classmates and Deku knocking some sense to him in the first hero training, it squashed his god-complex a bit.
Also, seeing Deku ripped is a brand new plus. Bakugou still acts like an ass sometimes, but that's just because of his explosive personality. He had an amazing plan on how to woo Deku, but he may or may not chickens out last minutes on all some occasions.
But then that Shitbag Todoroki had to fuck shit up like always.
But he was done. He was absolutely done with playing games. He wanted Deku. And nobody, nobody was going to stop him from getting what he wants.

After some time, more than a half of class 1-A class were ‘captured’ or immobilized to continue.
Those who were declared captured were then brought to the viewing room to watch the rest of the activities and to evaluate.
All Might stood there proud in front of the main screen. He’s amazed by Midoriya’s great improvement, able to fight without causing too much damage on himself. His grin stretched a bit wider as he observes young Midoriya maneuvering One For All’s power with ease. Ah yes, his son young Midoriya is going to great hero someday.
As All Might was observing Midoriya, the other students focused on two predominant forces.
Bakugou and Todoroki’s combat was skilled and quick, in a rush to get to their main prize.
The class was a bit shaken by the fierce intensity the two males possess. Some who got to witness or combat with said boys were praying for poor Midoriya’s safety.
“Damn, Bakugou was more brutal than usual,” Denki said as he rubbed his sore back from where Bakugou sent a particularly powerful blast.
“They're acting as if they're running out of time, every second is precious or wasted.” Tokoyami seconded as he shook his head at the two males’ behavior.
1-A student’s attention was competition captivated by the glowing screen, rooting for their otp to become the victor. And of course the safety of Midoriya.

“So have you seen your boyfriend yet?” Kirishima asks teasingly, as he blocked another fiery explosion.
“Fuck off Hair For Brian's” the blonde teen sneered as he was getting more pissed by the second.
The fight between these boys have been going on for quite a while. The explosive quirk user was not happy with this predicament. His first priorities was to find Deku before halfie Bastard.
After the two boys got some distance, Kishima decides to propose this idea to the angry teen. “How about we form an alliance, I want to help you on your manly quest.”
Kirishima knows how long the other boy has been pining over the green haired hero and acknowledges how his friend this trying his hardest to make his crush notice him. Other people might see his attempts as harsh or not romantic at all, but he notices the little things Bakugou does. How Bakugou patiently helps Midoriya with his homework, when he waits by the door at the end of class or gives him small compliments.Kirishima respects his friend's attempts and promises to help as much as he can.
“I don't need your shitty help.”
“Hear me out, if I help you, your chances of winning would definitely increase. Plus I'm your friend and I want to see you happy.”
Bakugou stood still for a moment, until he replied, “fine, only because I don't want to waste my time fighting with you.”
Kirishima whooped happily knowing that he's helping his best bro find happiness.
“But that doesn't mean I'm going to let you win, Hard Head.”
He's fine losing as long as Bakugou finds his happy ending.

Todoroki and Momo were walking around the city, on their guard for any potential attack.
As soon as the activity began, Momo offered her help to Todoroki. The double quirk user accepted her help, knowing that he can trust her abilities and was happy to know that he's not the only person that believes that he would be the perfect suitor for Midoriya.
After a few minutes of searching for the bunny Deku, Todoroki surprisingly broke the silence.
“How do you tell someone that they're the most important person in the world and you would do anything in the world for them, even if only means you would receive a smile from that person in return. And promise to always have complete devotion to that person?”
Momo almost tripped over due to her friend's question. She was amazed how he managed to keep a straight face.
“Well...you have to… wait no.. you have to...have to uummm…” Momo was lost of words.
“Do I need a ring? because I forgot it at home.”
“What? I mean not now! You both are too young for that kind of commitment!” Momo realizes that she needs to teach the clueless boy on how to properly court somebody.
Momo took a deep breath before speaking, “When you want to be with somebody romantically, you usually ask them out on a date.”
“What do you recommend as the perfect ‘date’ for somebody who is so perfect?”
Momo smiles at the boy next to her, knowing how love stricken he was for their energetic classmate.
“Well, if it's Midoriya we’re talking about. He would most likely enjoy anything hero related like going to see a superhero movie or hero merch shopping.” Momo says, fondly remembering when Jiro took her to the mall and then went together to go see a movie on their first date.
Todoroki nodded slowly, with a small but earnest smile on his usually stoic face. Remembering fondly about Midoriya’s fascination over heroes.
Before Todoroki can give his thanks to Momo, a loud shout was heard.
“FOUND YOU SHITPOUCH”
Todoroki sneered at the voice coming fast from his left. He quickly turned and shot shards of ice at his target.
Bakugou dodged the attack and blasted his quirk on Todoroki.
Todoroki cooled down some of the minimal burns he received, he then turned quickly next to him to see if Momo was okay. She was fighting Kirishima with her steel pole and capture tape at hand. He saw that Kirishima was putting up quite a fight, but he knew that Momo was skilled and intelligent enough to fight her own battles. Right now he had his own problems.
Both boys took on a battle position, heated red eyes staring back at chilling gray and blue eyes. Ignoring momentarily the fight near them, they were entirely focus on the other boy’s next move.
“I see you got Kirishima to help you, figures seeing that you’re would be needing it.”
“Funny seeing as your help, Ponytail Girl, looks like she’s ready to throw the towel anytime soon now.”
Todoroki can hear Momo’s grunts of frustration, he hopes Momo either comes up with a plan or holds long the fight with Kirishima, until he’s finished with the pest in front of him.
Todoroki is the one who moves first, he uses his ice quirk to try to inclose his opponent with ice. Despite his quirk’s speed, Bakugou uses his quirk to blast up from his opponent's attack and runs towards him. Seeing that he can’t fight the explosive quirk user at a distance, he must get him close enough to use the capture tape on him. Just when the Blonde male was close, Bakugou uses his blast to flip behind Todoroki and used his blast directly on Todoroki back. Sending him to the hard ground.
Bakugou smirked, but his little moment of catching the upper hand was ruined when he got socked in the back with a pole.
He quickly behind him seeing Momo creating another pole just in time to block another powerful punch from Kirishima.
“What the fuck are you doing Hair for Brains. You’re suppose to be helping me.”
“Sorry Bro, she’s quick. Hey watch out in front of you!”
Kirishima’s warning was given a second too late. Bakugou’s legs were covered in hard ice.
Bakugou turned back to the double quirk user, he hated that smug look on his face. Todoroki was coming in close to fully immobilize Bakugou with the capture tape. But before he did, Bakugou sent a powerful blast on the ground between them, sending Bakugou to crash into a building and Todoroki landing on a car. Both impacts causing to break parts of the road and buildings.
Both boys were back to their starting positions, wiping away some of the rumble that cover their hero outfits. However, they heard a large whoop from the hard quirk user. Bakugou smirked knowing that he has the upper hand now that Kirishima won. But Kirishima didn’t immediately come to Bakugou’s side to finish Todoroki. In fact, both males couldn’t hear said boy.
Both angry males turned to the scene, only to see both Momo and Kirishima tied up in capture tape.

1-A Class students were shocked as they watch the battle with intense gazes.
“Hahahahahhaha, my boy you’re becoming so much more faster!” All Might laughed loudly.
1-A students nodded in agreement.

Both boy’s stood still, confused at the scene before them.
“How did you get your ass tied up?”
“It was a great blurr, it happened so quick!” Kirishima responded.
“It’s probably that Glasses wearing nerd.” Bakugou sneered as he watched carefully his surroundings.
Todoroki was also observing his surroundings, ready to stop Idia quirk with his ice. But there wasn’t any sound or movement to be heard or see.
Then out of nowhere, rocks and ice shards created from their fight was launched towards them. They got hit with a few before Todoroki created a large ice shard and Bakugou used his quirk to blast the objects into dust.
When the flying objects lessen, a fast moving object or person came towards them. The person was running around them in circles, creating a cloud of dust. Both boys had trouble seeing, until a green object jumped off the fast person and somersaulted over the two males heads.
Said green object was no other than Deku.
The two love rivals were so confused by the person running circles around them, the flying objects and the cute bunny boy in front of them they didn’t took note on the capture tape in Deku’s hands. They finally came to their senses when Deku used his quirk to quickly immobilize them.
Everything came to a stop. The fast object stopped running, Idia stood proudly and Uraraka came out from her hiding place behind a car.
The two males stood in defeat. But both males had so much pent up emotions inside them, confusion, defeat, anger, and love. They needed to let a least one emotion out.
“Midoriya-”
“Deku-”
“Go out with me!” Both males shouted at the now blushing boy.
“What?” Midoriya said confused as he has no idea what’s going on or why the two most handsomest students from U.A would ask him out.
He’s dreaming isn’t he.
Midoriya stood there confused as the two males declared marriage their undying love for the flecked boy.
“I swear I would be a much better boyfriend than his shithead!”
“Lies! I would do anything you want, just ask!”
“I know you better than this bastard.”
“I love you more”
“I would take you to see that new All Might movie!”
“I would buy you all the All Might merch you want!”
Midoriya faints by how much blood went to his face. Idia quickly picks up his fainted friend, while Uraraka laughs at her friend’s predicament.
“Uhmm… I think this concludes our activity… Midoriya, Uraraka, Idia win?...PLUS ULTRA!” All Might shout through the mic.
