Chapter Text
“… When will I ever find a decent job?” Seokjin whined, clutching onto his pillow and burying his visage on it. “What a shitty life!”
Jisoo simply sighed heavily, browsing through the internet while sipping onto coffee. Her eyes widened when she saw a certain advertisement from the employment section, she reached out her hand to repeatedly tap on her sibling’s shoulder. “Yah, yah, yah! Look at this.”
The lad sat up hurriedly, tossing the pillow aside and approaching towards the computer’s side to see what Jisoo’s finger is pointing at.

“What the fuck, Soo?” mouth hung agape, Seokjin simply stared in incredulity. “Are you fucking with me…?”
“That’s Noona to you! And it’s legit, you little bitch.” She rolled her eyes, pushing her sibling away, who simply fell back down onto the mattress. “Call from our phone outside, and make sure you get it this time.”
“… Wish me luck. Thank you, Jisoo.” Seokjin pictured the telephone number on the article using his phone, whilst patting his sibling’s head in appreciation.
He walked barefoot, approaching the phone stand nearby the entrance of their living room; he hesitated for a while, fidgeting with his fingers apprehensively. Should... I really? He skeptically placed his thumb onto his chin, thinking about it thoroughly.
He picked up the phone, setting his cellphone nearby to see the numbers vividly to type. He began pressing onto the buttons and he waited, as the phone rang onto his ear. He tapped a foot underneath him, on the wooden floor, eyes expectant and filled in fear.
“… Hello?”
It took about an hour or two for Seokjin to reach his destination and he was now staring in awe at the the huge building infront of him.
Hesitantly, he rings the doorbell and waited patiently, he then remembers the conversation he had with the owner... or owners.
Seokjin stares at the number typed out on his phone, "Should I really be doing this," He mutters as he re-thinks his life choices. After a while he finally presses the call button, "It's now or never."
The phone rings twice until someone picks up.
"Yes?" A deep but soothing voice says.
"A-Ah, hello?" Seokjin replies, enticed by the stranger's voice, "I-I heard you were looking for a househelper and I would like to apply."
There was a pause, then a loud noise which sounded like a crash ensued from the phone, followed by another voice shouting "--kook what the fu--" Then the call ends.
Seokjin stares at his phone dumbfounded and was about to check the ad again to see if he had typed in the right set of numbers until his phone rings, displaying that the same number was calling him.
He immediately picks up the call and was greeted with a loud, cheerful and familiar voice, "Ah~ Sorry about that, my friend here is such a klutz, are you calling to apply?"
"Oh, uh, yes.. I am," Seokjin facepalmed himself for his pathetic answer but couldnt help but smile at the stranger's cheery reply, "Thats great! Thank you so much, ill text you the details." He replies with a small "Alright" and hangs up.
He reads over the text he receives after a few minutes which contained the adress ( 'its pretty big so its not hard to miss! ??' he wrote ) and some other essentials he should bring.
"Im not even hired yet." he mumbles.
Seokjin became aware of the fact that he had been standing for about 10 minutes now and was about to walk away thinking he had the wrong address when a young lad, but probably older than him, quickly opened the gates and greeted him with a big smile.
"Hi, I apologize. You didn't wait too long, did you? Come in, come in." The boy ushered, smiling, not bothering to let Seokjin reply.
They walked through the large corridors, the boy ocassionally turning to check up on him. But he wasn't just some any boy, he was Jung Hoseok, he and Seokjin used to--
Seokjin's thoughts were cut off when they stopped infront of a spaceous room, "The uniform is set on the bed, once you're done changing just head to the room across from here, okay?" Hoseok instructs.
"Huh? But I'm not even hired yet." Seokjin stares at the other, eyes wide.
Hoseok only grins back at him, "You are now." And he closes the door.
Seokjin stays in place at first, contemplating if he really did make the right choice before heading to his bed.
He scans the uniform and blushes furiously.
It was a maid's dress.
