“We’re on top” Namjoon says softly as he pulls out a cigarette from the pack, so he brings it to his mouth and he lights it, “at least for today, for now, for tonight” he whispers by taking a puff of smoke that he exhales through his nostrils.
“What do you mean?” Jimin asks as he frowns, then he leans against the railing of the balcony and he looks at him, “I don’t understand” he mutters by putting a hand on his wrist that he squeezes through a tight grip.
“The popularity doesn’t last forever” it’s Namjoon’s answer.
“Can we last forever?” it’s Jimin’s question.
And it’s the way Jimin touches his palm, how he intertwine their fingers together and how he smiles at him that makes Namjoon believe that something, them, it can exist forever.
