Here we are, out of cigarettes,
“I’m sorry I finished all your soda, Bakugou,” Kirishima says as he tries to get one more drop of the strawberry flavored drink on his tongue before throwing it away.
Holding hands and yawning - look how late it gets.
“’T’s fine-” Bakugou yawns. “I didn’t like that soda anyway.”
Two sleepy people by dawn's early light,
“Just wanted the sugar, huh?” Kirishima grins as he asks the question.
And too much in love to say goodnight.
“Gotta have some sugar to stay awake during your late night pilgrimages to some dinners, hair for brains!”
“You’re the one who wanted to stay out longer.”
Bakugou doesn’t say anything to that.
Here we are, in the cozy chair,
They later decide to sit down on a park bench.
Picking on a wishbone from the Frigidaire.
So that they can look at the stars.
Two sleepy people with nothing to say,
And try to think of something to say in silence.
And too much in love to break away.
Do you remember the nights we used to linger in the hall?
“Hey, Bakugou,” Kirishima suddenly says. “Remember that time we stayed up all night watching movies in the common room?”
Father didn't like you at all.
Kirishima swears he hears a laugh before Bakugou says “I remember how pissed off Aizawa was.”
Do you remember the reason why we married in the fall?
“Do you think we can have another movie night, Bakugou?”
To rent this little nest, and get a bit of rest.
“Why not-” Bakugou stands up. “It’s not we have to get up early tomorrow,” He says before walking in the direction of the dorms.
“Bakugou! Wait up!” Kirishima yells as he runs after the blond.
Well, here we are, just about the same,
“So what do you wanna watch, hair for brains?” Bakugou asks once they’ve snuck back into the dorms.
Foggy little fella, drowsy little dame;
“I think… I wanna watch…” Kirishima leans his head against the wall and closed his eyes.
Two sleepy people by dawn's early light,
“Fuckin’ hair for brains,” Bakugou says to himself as he opens the door to his room. “Come on-” He gently tugs the redhead’s wrist. “-That movie’s not gonna watch itself.
And too much in love to say goodnight.
