Chapter Text
A mother and a father frantically grab at ropes, trying to get themselves a safeboat. The mother holds the baby while trying to help the father. In just a minute the father has the rope that will release the safeboat untangled and in hand.
"Quickly, get in!" The father yells over the fire and ocean, while gesturing with his free hand towards the boat.
The mother gets into the safeboat, baby safely in her arms. A large wave runs into the large, burning boat. This causes the father to lose his grip on the rope, sending the mother and baby towards the raging ocean in the safeboat.
After getting over his shock of the moment, the father dives into the ocean after his wife and child. He swims to the safeboat and climbs aboard. Once aboard he hugs his wife and child. They stare lovingly, despite what had just happened to them.

The safeboat had just gotten ashore if the unknown island. Small waves hitting the safeboat and the sand of the shore gently. Its calming to the small family that had washed up their after the tragic events.
They get out to explore, the father taking the lead. There is forestry and many other useful materials everywhere, a truely undiscovered island.
The father gathers small supplies while they search for a place to stay for the night. They find a temporary stay in a small clearing. The father makes a fire while the mother takes care of the baby, they both make a small place to sleep.
A griffon stalks in the dark of the forest and watches the family of three. The beast knows it is not yet time to strike.

The father and mother made a house on the island. They worked together and got it done surprisingly fast for just two people. A rope bridge was even made to connect the small disconnected part of the island (where the house us built) to the bigger part of the island. How the couple made it? That is a mystery to all.
The family of three has lived there for quite some time. No animal incidents or any natural disasters.
All good times and things come to an end though. A griffon has been watching the house for many days. He believes his time to strike is soon. Very soon.

As the griffon had believed, his time to strike was soon. Tonight. He watched them throughout the day. When they put the child to bed, he got closer.
An hour after the child was put to bed the parents went to bed. It took patience, yes, but it is rewarding. The griffon stalked its way towards the giant open window. Just big enough for him to fit in.
He walked over to the window with quiet steps and slowly crawled through the window. Once inside, the griffon made his way to the sleeping couple. The man's snores were loud, but not frightening.
The wife stirred in her sleep before waking. She sat up with a yawn. When her eyes adjusted to the dark she saw the griffon standing right above her, a hungery look in his eyes.
She was about to scream, but the griffon took a bite at her head, silencing any sound. She died instantly.
The man awake to a wet feeling beside him and alot of movement. He opened his eyes and turned around, ready to ask if everything was all right. The griffon attacked his torso. The man was frightened, but never screamed. He died slower than his wife.
All of the growls and movement woke the baby. His cries of terror and annoyance scared the griffon, causing him to jump and run through the window.
The baby never stopped crying. He wanted his mother ir father to comfort him. They never came to soothe him. Eventually the baby feel asleep, but woke in the morning screaming.

Far off a dragon herd was walking across the forest. They were trying to find another area for their own. A mother dragon that had, recently lost a child, was walking near the back.
The dragon's sensitive hearing caught onto a faint sound from the distance. She, being curious then, walked off. Not without telling the leader of where she was going.
The sound got louder as she went. Her instincts took control when she heard the wails of a child. Her wings spread out behind her and she took off. A strange structure in the distance got her attention. Thats where she flew to.
Once at the structure the dragon looked around. An open window big enough to fit in. So the dragon walked in. What she saw was horrendous: shelves knocked over, books and papers everywhere, clothes near the shelves, a bed and remains of human bodies torn and bloody.
A familiar cry was heard from the back of the room. The dragon walked over to the craddle where the cries where held. A form layed under blankets, moving frantically. The dragon gently nipped at the blanket and pulled it off.
A human baby stared up at her. Beautiful, innocent, and large red eyes were doing the staring. A small bit of ash blonde hair on the baby's head. It laughed and reached up with its chubby hands. The dragon smiled and moved her wing to pick it up. It laughed once more with a little happy squeal. The dragon's wing cradled the baby.
A crash and shattering glass was heard from behind the dragon. She looked back, startled. The griffon stood there with a hangery look on his face.the mother put the baby into a safe spot on her back (a spot I made up, its for holding babies for mother dragons only).
The griffon growled and stepped forward. The dragon stepped back. Her wings pulled back to cover the baby. The griffon jumped at the dragon with a fierce growl. The dragon moved to the side and ran for the open and broken window.
She ran, opened her wings, a flew off. The griffon flew after her. She was fast, but flying to fast would fling the baby off her back. A cave she knew of was close, si she made her way to it.
The griffon was getting close, the cave closer. At the mouth of the cave, the dragon flew quickly ro the left. The griffon hadn't noticed her quick thinking and flew head-first into the cave wall. Before celebrating her victory, the dragon checked on the baby. He was just laying there holding in to a spike on hee back and laughing. She smiked lightly and made her way to the rest of her kind.

"Its a human baby, Mitsuki! We can't take care if it!" Aizawa, the leader/alpha, shouted.
"Thats why I'm taking care if it!" The dragon, Mitsuki, said back.
"I know you lost your husband and child, but isn't this too much?"
"Please, I'll be the one to take care if it Aizawa!" Pleaded Mitsuki.
"Fine. But if it gets in the way, we leave it behind." Aizawa said before walking away.Mitsuki nodded her head, even if his back was turned.
Mina, a small pink dragon with dark eyes with gold irises, walked over excitedly. "So whats its name, auntie?"
"Katsuki, my dear Mina. Katsuki Bakugou." Mitsuki replied, a content smile on her face.
