   Summary

   Following the successful ambush of King Sumeragi's diplomatic party in Cheve, the Nohrian army returns to Castle Krakenburg with precious cargo in tow - a mysterious monster, a creature that the Hoshidan king had given his life to defend. Charged with taking care of the monster, Felicia finds herself at odds with much of the castle and military leaders...and mysteriously drawn to the monster herself.
