On the deck of the lake there was a podium there on where the priest is suppose to be. The trees were wrapped in red and blue lights and there was a thousand of couple of bushes with varieties of flowers that were borrowed from the butterfly garden decorated around. A couple of butterflies swarmed around the bushes to suck the honey out of the flowers. The sun is up, shining brightly above them but sometimes being covered by the clouds to offer them some shade, it was honestly a good day and time for a cup of tea. Yoongi looks around the place, wearing a black suit that fitted him just right. He walked down the deck, his shoes clicking on the wood. Yoongi should have probably shook the younger away before leaving but eh.
The priest arrived, walking down to the podium infront of Yoongi, "Is your fiance... going to arrive?" He asks Yoongi.
Yoongi shrugs, "I'm not sure. He's still probably sleeping but we have all the time in the world, I guess." He said.
The priest sighs and leans on the podium, "Easy for you to say." He sighs again.
Hoseok ran in the butterfly lake full of sweat. "I'm super LATE!!" He said running towards Yoongi and the priest and bows his head. "I'm soRRY IM LATE!!!!!!!!" He said freaking out.
Yoongi was just chilling there with the priest, probably talking about life and death when they both turned their heads when they saw Hoseok running towards the podium. Yoongi stiffled a laugh at Hoseok's freaking out scene and tried to calm the other out by patting him on his back, "Don't worry, The wedding haven't started yet." He said, it really wasn't going to start till Hoseok arrives.
The priest coughs and standing properly behind the podium, "Do you need a moment to catch your breath before we start the ceremony?" He asks Hoseok
Hoseok smiles sweetly at the Yoongi and the priest. "Thank you for waiting and sorry for the wait!!" He said taking a deep breathe. And smiles again. "Ok I'm ready!!" He said smiling more.
The priest nods and opens a folder, scanning it before looking at the pair, "Min Yoongi and Jung Hoseok, Have you come here to enter into Marriage without coercion, freely and wholeheartedly?" He asks
Yoongi nods his head, "I have." He said
Hoseok couldn't stop smiling and nods excitedly. "I have!" He said smiling brighter then the sun it self.
The priest nods his head again, continuing on, "Are you prepared, as you follow the path of Marriage, to love and honor eachother for as long as you both shall live?" He asks, looking at the two of them for their answers.
Yoongi glances at Hoseok on the corner of his eyes before turning his eyes back at the priest, "I am." He smiles.
Hoseok looks at Yoongi and smiles and looks back at the priest. "I am!" He said trying not to smile any brighter but he couldn't and just smiles more.
The priest holds both of his hands up in mid-air, "Since it is your intention to enter the covenant of Holy Matrimony, join your right hands, and declare your consent before God." He said.
Yoongi looks at Hoseok, his gaze were soft on the younger, he reaches out to face the other holding onto his right hand, holding it tight but not too tight that it will hurt him. A soft gummy smile was on his lips, the orange light glowing on Yoongi's soft pale cheeks and also shading his baby blue hair, looking more like the mint dyed color he had before. He looks at Hoseok, his heart was full of fullfillment as he stands here with the love of his life infront of a priest he was probably looking at Yoongi because he was taking too long to speak and was just lovingly staring at Hoseok's features, Hoseok's sun-kissed skin, Hoseok's thin lips, Hoseok's bright oval eyes that would turn into almond shape when he smiles- oh god, Hoseok's smile- how Hoseok's mouth would turn into heart, how Hoseok's dimples lifts up and could bury anyone from how deep it is. Yoongi wanted to pinch himself right now, to check for himself If he wasn't dreaming, that all of this isn't a dream. He's right here, with Hoseok, in a lake, in front of a priest, marrying eachother, with the sun going to set. Yoongi felt his eyes hurt maybe because he was being emotional, he always feel emotional when he's with Hoseok, he hated being emotional because he hated showing any weaknesses to others but for some reason, Hoseok keeps on bring the worst and the best of him.
The priest was about to speak to switch it to Hoseok but Yoongi decided to speak just then, "Hoseok... " he softly said the younger's name and as soon as the name of the younger left on his lips, his smile slightly grew wider, "Thank you being here with me today... for standing here beside me, infront of me." He took a deep breath, "I will love you unconditionally without any hesitation, in our goods or bads, I want to continue to love you every second of my life." He looks down on their hands and his thumb rubs circle on the younger's hand, "The way your heart love me, makes me move and not be stuck on one place. The way your spirit inspires me to do something and not give up. The way your humor delights me and make me laugh on my bad times. And your hand." He squeezed Hoseok's hand a little and looks up to Hoseok, "I want to hold it for the rest for our days." His gummy smile grew wider as he said that.
He inches a bit forward to Hoseok, "I promise that I wouldn't cheat on you. That you'll be the person that I'll love the most, not even Holly can beat you." He chuckles a bit, remembering and cringing about the memory with that bird on Hoseok's bed before inching forward again, "I promise that I'll take care of myself," he stops before adding, "If you take care of yourself too, of course." He nods and continues, "I will take care of you whenever your sick, whenever you are sad or etc. Just name it, I'll fu- take care of you." He almost swore infront of a priest, he coughs and took and inches forward again, "I will tell you how I feel, If I feel Jealous, I'll tell you. If I feel sad, I'll tell you. If I miss you, I'll tell you. I'll tell you everything because you're a thick-headed pabo but I love you anyways." He grins, once again inching closer but the space between them were gone and both of their hands were on the side but Yoongi has more to say.
Yoongi looked at Hoseok as if he was staring right into the younger's soul, as if Hoseok was the only thing he could see right now, the only thing that reflect on Yoongi's black orbs were Hoseok even if the sunset glowed on thrm, it wasn't reflected on his eyes, it was only Hoseok, solely him, "I promise to love, respect and trust you. To give you the best of myself because I know that together we can build a life far better than either of us can imagine alone." He wasn't sure about the last part because He doesn't know If Hoseok will have a better life without him but he knows that a life without the younger was like a hole in his heart. Yoongi ends his vow right there but he doesn't move away and just continued staring at Hoseok's eyes. He wanted to kiss Hoseok, to pull him in and kiss the other until they feel light-headed and dizzy but he knows he can't do that yet, eventho he really wants to. Yoongi smiles, his gummy smile was bright and wide, the biggest smile he made in his entire life, his eyes scrunches up in happines, he leaned up, tip-toeing a bit to Hoseok's ear, "I love you." He whispered, really quietly as if it was a secret between just the two of them. Yoongi pulls back then took a step back, his big bright gummy smile disappeared but there was still a smile on his face as he looks at Hoseok, "Will you take me as your husband?" He said ending his vow there.
Hoseok looks at Yoongi and smiles more showing his dimples clearly and stares at Yoongi, holding Yoongi's hands, seeing how their life together, seeing them hand in hand walking down the town together and seeing them old together, living in a small cosy home. And stares at Yoongi more, studying Yoongi's features, those eyes that are deeper than the deep blue sea, and don't get him started on gummy bear simle. "I would do anything for you hyung." He said, saying those words smiling more. "And of course I would take you as my husband silly!~" he said wanting to tell Yoongi a lot more but that would that to long cuz it probably be night time if he said all the things in his mind.
Yoongi smiles at Hoseok before sharply turning his head back to the priest, letting out a sniff and rubbed the corner of his eyes with his free hand, he wasn't crying he just got something on his eyes.
The priest looked at Yoongi in amusement before coughing and continuing the ceremony, "May the Lord in his kindness strengthen the consent you have declared and graciously bring to fulfillment his blessings within you." He grabs something from under the podium and lifts it up, showing the rings, "May the Lord bless these rings, which you will give to each other as the sign if your love and fidelity." He said and handed Yoongi and Hoseok each.
Yoongi grabs the ring from the Priest and looks back at Hoseok, grabbing Hoseok's left hand and smoothly sliding out the silver ring that he handed before and sliding the ruby red ring in then he looks up to Hoseok with a soft grin on his lips.
Hoseok grabs the ring from the priest and looks at Yoongi smiling, grabbing Yoongi's left hand and sliding the ring onto Yoongi's marriage finger and smiles more.
The priest nods his head, "Oh Lord, We beseech your kindness and lead this newly wed to a path where there is no thorn, lead this pair to everlasting happiness." He closes the folder and smiles at the two, "You now may kiss your husband."
Yoongi didn't waste any second and pulls Hoseok towards him, wrapping an arm around his waist then dipping him into a deep passionate kiss right there.
Hoseok widen his eyes becuz he was suddenly pulled into a kiss, but he kissed Yoongi back passionate as well, putting his hands onto Yoongi's waist.
He didn't put much into it because wow, he didn't want to get uhuhuh infront of the priest. Yoongi pulls away from the kiss and pulls hoseok back onto his feet. He turns back and saw the priest going away, waving his hand at them. Yoongi turns to Hoseok, snickering a bit, "I didn't plan ahead so how about you decide this time on where should we do or go for our honeymoon?"
Hoseok chuckled a little and waved to the priest and looked back at Yoongi smiling. "Maybe...hmmmm..out of the country?..mhhhhh what do you think hyung?" He asked and puts his fingers on his chin thinking.
Yoongi nods his head and tugs on Hoseok's hand so he could start walking, "Sounds fun and honeymoony, What country tho? It'll be great if it's somewhere we haven't been gone to." He said, "But first, We'll go back to the dorms. Book a flight there, pack our things and yeah." He chuckles.
Hoseok holds Yoongi's hand tightly in his and smiled thinking where. "Hmmmm...Europe?..Italy?..New York?.." He asked thinking the places they haven't been to or been to a lot.
Yoongi scrunches his nose and shrugs, "Let's just go to Italy? Like I'm sure honeymoon lasts a week? So Let's book a flight to Italy then just explore Europe." He said as they leave the Lake. He'll just call a cleaner to fix the lake up.
Hoseok kisses Yoongi's temples and smiled more. "Ok hyung!~ And thanks hyung I love how you did to the lake, the blue and red lights, the flowers, EVERYTHING!!~" he said smiling holding onto Yoongi's hand more swing Yoongi's hands up and down being super happy!!
