WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT: No
My dining experience is quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant in my entire LIFE!!! I was expecting a warm celebratory meal with my friend Asougi to congratulate him on winning a scholarship to study overseas. The meal was pretty decent - although the writing on the sparkling water was a bit hard to read and I'm pretty sure the waiter coughed on my potatoes at some point.
Then as I was going to leave, I met an English-speaking professor of my university on the way out. I decided to go over to him and say hello, thinking that it would be the friendly thing to do. I noticed that a gun had been dropped on the floor, and thought it might have been the the professor's, so I picked it up and went to ask him if it was his.
I heard a gunshot fire and next thing I knew, the professor had been killed by the young lady sitting next to him. Next thing I know, the waiter from earlier shoved me into a supply closet, and ended up giving me a bruise on my arm and leg from where he "disarmed and restrained [me] perfectly."
I was then sent to a detention centre by the police and then sent to be railroaded through a secret kangaroo court where I was threatened with lifetime imprisonment for a crime that I did not commit in-order to appease the British government. Apparently, all in-order to prevent war from breaking out between the British and Japanese empires.
And the existence of a British woman attending the scene was also covered up to aid that. And when she was called to testify she more or less had the entire court eating out of her hand - to the point that she was allowed to handle and destroy evidence and even be incredibly racist towards me. Thankfully my friend was able to help me get out of the charges (even though he could have lost his scholarship abroad if he hadn't) and the British lady was able to end up in jail.
Needless to say, I don't think I will EVER be dining with the La Quantos restaurant ever again, and I most certainly wouldn't recommend it to any person unless they are looking to have the experience that I had!!!
