He was standing at the bridge where they first met. He couldn't still believe it been a month since she left him. It felt like it was just yesterday that they were walking hand in hand not caring what the future had in for them. But now while thinking about the future he could see nothing but lonely nights and empty dreams. A gush of cool air brings him back to the reality. He sees a couple walking hand in hand, He smiles thinking of his own memories while watching them. Tears prick his eyes. He wants to see her and relive all the moments that they had together. She was his everything. He snaps out of his thoughts when he hears his phone ringing. He walks away from the bridge occupied by the phone and his mind thinking that it was probably for the better that she left him.
Little did he know that she was also standing on the bridge where they had met. If they were to go back to that time and told their past selves of what would have happened? Their past selves would have thought them to be crazy. Just like him, she was too busy to notice the other who was standing opposite to her. Just like him, her thoughts were also flooded by him. She remembered her parents saying that soulmates were meant to be. She always thought of finding a love like her parents. But she fell in love with him who was not hers, to begin with. Her soulmate mark was of a book while he was of a rose. They were just not meant to be. So when she found her actual soulmate, she had to break up with him, not because her parents pushed her but because she always believed that people are meant to fall in love with their soulmates so one day even he would love someone else.
And Both of them had nothing in common except for the fact that they were in love or were they in love? But who are they actually? They were none other than Jeon Jungkook and his girlfriend or now ex-girlfriend Kim Areum. Both of them knew that they were not meant to be since they were not each other's soulmates but still they loved each other or did they? Or did they actually love their actual soulmates?
