There were three people Midoriya loved in the whole entire world. The first was his mother and the second was All Might.
Uraraka doesn’t know how she feels about being number three.
There was no reason for her to be jealous of the woman who literally birthed him into this world, but was there a need for her to be jealous of the man who birthed him into becoming a Pro-Hero?
Midoriya assures her that there are no ranks; he just really loves the three of them differently.
“Who would you save first if we were both drowning?” She asked him one day. “All Might or me?”
Her partner only laughed, and it was then she knew he didn’t understand her underlying intentions. “No one would be drowning since the both of you are pretty good swimmers.”
“Well, what if we were bad swimmers? Who would you save then?”
“You, of course.” Midoriya lightly scratched at his cheeks, embarrassed that she got an answer out of him. “I do need my reward.”
“R-Reward?!”
A look of betrayal flashed through the girl’s face but his elaboration after would softened her gaze.
“My kiss, of course.” His hands reached out for hers and there was a mischievous glint in his eyes that didn’t went unnoticed. “But you don’t need to be a bad swimmer for me to get a kiss. We can do it right now and don’t worry, you’re the only one I want to do this with.”
And the two would kiss with Uraraka making the first move; thankful that her usually shy boyfriend took on a more suave role today to reassure her of her unneeded worries.
