'No, now drink your tea.' He sulkily complied, looking askance at her, searching for signs of derision. Seeing none, he relaxed. 'And before you say it-- yes, he tipped me off, and don't you dare punish him just for looking out for you.'
Edgeworth made a half-hearted attempt to rise from his sofa. 'I will consider it.'
Kay crossed her arms and sighed. 'You were overwhelmed by the small things. You collapsed. No one knows- just me and Gummy.'
'Thank you, Ms. Faraday..."
She smiled with her eyes. 'Hey, be kind to yourself, okay?'
