Work Text:

“Park Jimin.”

There was a silence in the room as everyone stared at the man in charge, the two men staring at him as if he was going to explain further on what was going on.

“Park Jimin?” the question rang from Jungkook’s mouth, he shifted in his seat as he looked at the photo the police chief held in front of them.  His gaze flickering from the photo to the chief waiting for an answer.

“We’ve reason to believe he’s part of the mafia that’s over taking most of the city.” The two waited for the man to continue to explain, “We saw him coming out of the house we know to be the mafia leader’s whereabouts.” Jungkook raised a brow at that, they’d been keeping tabs on the mafia leader, one Jung Hoseok, he’d been quiet for too long and the police were getting antsy about what his next move would be.

Jungkook had been on the case for three years now, they hadn’t gotten far in their attempts to shut down the mafia, everyone was sure there was a rat somewhere in their force, feeding them information before they could strike.  Most had ended with some drug deals, the information leading them to the wrong place, items being moved or emptied before they showed up.  It was rather unfortune for the force, but they weren’t going to let it stop them.  They just had to figure out who the rat was, whoever it was seemed to be good at hiding.

“Jeon.” Jungkook’s eyes snapped to the chiefs, “I want you to get close to Park, we checked his file, he’s never been anywhere close with them before, he might not even realize what exactly he’s getting himself into.  We believe he just now started relations with the mafia boss so he should still be easy to crack.” The chief’s eyes moved to the other officer, “Min, make sure Jeon doesn’t get into any trouble.”  A nod was given for their orders, get close to Park Jimin, that should be interesting.

---

“Park Jimin.” The man repeated the name once he heard it, Hoseok couldn’t help but tap his chin in thought, “I’ve never heard of him.” His eyes cast towards the other person in the room, “he left my house?” the man repeated, before shaking his head slightly, “I haven’t a clue, but at least it gets them off our tails for a while.”

Poor Park Jimin.

“We should have some fun though.” The deep voice from the boss spoke, “toss a couple of our men around him.”

---

A grin crossed Park Jimin’s face as he looked to his assistant, “Can you believe it Jin, so many people signed up for this class, I didn’t think anyone was going to, and we only put up the fliers last week.” The smaller of the two bounced on the balls of his feet trying to keep his glee tucked in a bit.

“I don’t’ know Jimin, some of these people look a little…” the other male trailed off as he eyed the door of the dance studio, some of them looked rather rough around the edges, but if they were signing up for a dance class maybe they weren’t so bad after all?

***

“Why are there so many people here?” Jungkook huffed, his arms crossed as he stared at the sight of the full room, his gaze flickering towards Yoongi before it crossed over the adults littering the room.  The other man could only shrug his shoulders and shake his head his own gaze moving over the individuals in the room.  His gaze getting caught by a particularly bright boxy smile thrown in his direction.  He couldn’t help but scowl lightly, watching as the person moved over to the two.  He seemed way overly excited to be here.

“Kim Taehyung.” The boxy boy said holding out his hand in greeting, Yoongi just stared at it, and the boxy grin turned towards the other individual, his hand extended to Jungkook instead.  The taller gave a sigh of his lips before he gave a tight squeeze of a handshake in return.  “This is my first time at this class, but I’ve heard some great things about the instructor.  Mostly that he knows how to move.” Taehyung gave a wink at the two before his attention shifted towards the front of the studio when the door opened.

Finally.

Park Jimin.

Wow.

Park Jimin.

Jungkook couldn’t even be sure what the man had said during the whole introduction, a smile holding steadily on his lips, he remembered the man showing off different moves, the effortless balance and strength that he had in his body.  He didn’t really remember a lot of the class, he just watched the way the man flawlessly moved.  The Mafia boss sure knew beauty, and beauty was Park Jimin.

He had had an idea, to go up to the man when the class had ended, ask a few questions.  Ones he wasn’t quite sure of just yet, but he’d make sure to think of something before his stupid mouth did any talking.  The class had finally ended and Jungkook moved towards the man, their eyes connecting for just a moment, when none other than that Kim Taehyung moved in front of the two.  Curse Kim Taehyung, he’d pay for that.

---

“A dancer?” Hoseok couldn’t help the chuckle that crossed his lips, “Maybe I should introduce myself to him.” A hum crossed his lips as his gaze turned around the individuals in the room with him.  “I’m assuming not up to Mafia level at all?” his gaze flickered over the ones in the rooms.  “Shall I see him for myself?” a grin appeared across his face, “After all, everyone else here has.  I feel a little left out.” A pout sat on his features.

The Mafia boss leaned forwards, “Kim Taehyung.” One of the individuals filched at the tone of voice being directed at him, “You disobeyed.” The boss stared right at the man, the glare narrowing slightly before he waved his hand towards the others in the room, “You know what happens when you disobey.” He held his hand up before the others moved in, “You, however, did a decent job with Park, so we’ll allow you to continue for now.” He dropped his hand, allowing for the punishment to continue in front of him.

---

The file slammed down on the desk in front of Jungkook, he jumped slightly before turning to look at the chief standing in front of him, “Nothing on Park Jimin? You think going to a couple of his dance classes is going to tell us anything? We need you to get close Jeon, do I need to toss Min on this instead? Park’s not going to tell a random student anything about what we need to know.”  The chief had yelled before walked back out of the room, a sigh left Jungkook’s lips as he turned to look at Yoongi.

“This is pointless.” Jungkook sighed once again, watching as Yoongi gave a shrug of his shoulders.

“If you’re honest, the whole case is pointless.” Jungkook couldn’t help the glare that he gave Yoongi.  “The Mafia is never going to be stopped.” The older leaned against the desk he was positioned at before looking at the time, “time to go to dance class though.”

---

Another class down, and another class he had to watch Kim Taehyung grin and flirt with the dance instructor, it was rather annoying honestly, but it made him feel better seeing the bruises that was on the others skin, dance after all was a really hard thing to master.

Jungkook only stared down at the drink in his hand, Yoongi nudging him slightly, “I’ll distract Kim and maybe you can talk to Park?” another sigh left his lips before he nodded his head at the others words.  Perhaps Jungkook had stared at his bottle too long, the muffled voices from the rest of the dancers were quick to vanish, he was quite sure that even Park had left.  At least he assumed so until he heard a light clearing of a throat behind him.

The dark-haired man turned to the sound, the smile still playing on the dancer’s face, “Hi.” Jimin greeted him but received no answer in return.  The blonde frowned slightly before wiping it away and giving Jungkook another smile, “You’ve been improving I noticed, you were a little clumsy when you first started but you’re getting there.”

Swallowing became difficult as Jungkook just stared at the man, the one-sided conversation not pleasing Jimin in the slightest as he turned to move from the studio.  “Thank you.” Jungkook finally breathed out, the blonde-haired man seemed surprised at the response, “You’re a really good teacher.” A smile crossed Jimin’s face once more and this time Jungkook couldn’t help but follow the dance instructor out of the studio.

“What made you want to learn how to dance?” the blonde asked as the moved quietly to the front of the building, Jungkook could only shrug his shoulders, anything he said would be a lie, it wasn’t as if he could spout the truth.  “I’m glad you joined though, it’s a lot more fun with a group than by yourself.”

The duo paused once they got to the front, only because they spotted two more individuals speaking together, Jungkook’s gaze quickly passed over that of Seokjin’s.  He’d already investigated that man more times than he could count.  Instead they landed on the other individual, one whose face he knew very well.

A smile spread across the visitor’s face as he looked to Jimin, paying no mind to Jungkook at all.  “Ah, you must be the famous Park Jimin, everyone is talking about.” The man in question only gave a small tilt of his head, “I’ve heard a lot about you from a few friends who also work in the dancing scene.” The man explained as he walked towards the dancer, “Forgive me for not introducing myself,” he held out his hand, “Jung Hoseok.” Jimin gave out a slight oh in recognition, but perhaps not for the same reason others had.

Jungkook felt annoyed, after all the Mafia boss had a strange interest in Park Jimin, yet there was nothing he could do in this situation without giving himself away.  So, he bid a farewell, Hoseok’s eyes flickering over to him only briefly before they turned back to the blonde.  How annoying indeed.

---

Jungkook didn’t know why he needed to prove himself, he just knew that he did, which was why he found himself in the dancing studio alone, the class not meant to start for another thirty minutes.  The man was already sweating, trying to figure out how to do the move that Jimin had tried to teach them yesterday, still he couldn’t get it right.  It really shouldn’t be as hard as it was, but Jungkook couldn’t figure out how Jimin even twisted his body the way he did.  How could he make it look so flawless?

“Bend your knees a little more.” He heard a voice from the door, which cause Jungkook to fall to the floor, the last attempt not any better than any of the others he’d tried.  Dark eyes flickered towards the voice as Jimin moved further into the room, “You’re not bending your legs enough.” Jimin moved in front of him, motioning him to stand up before executing the move perfectly in front of him.  How could someone look so perfect doing something so hard.  “You try this time.”

The dark-haired man took in a deep breath positioning himself, the dancer moved around him and tapped the back of his knee, causing Jungkook to bend his knees a little more before he tried to move once more.  It wasn’t flawless, not anywhere close but it was better than it had been.  A grin crossed the dancers face, “better.”  Jungkook took what he could.

---

“Isn’t this getting a bit too much?” Taehyung couldn’t help but sigh, there was a grunt next to him, “The boss has actually taken too much of a liking to that Park Jimin guy, this was just supposed to be for fun, to play around with the cops a little bit, he wasn’t actually supposed to get attached.” Tae’s eyes flickered around the empty room, the boss probably off trying to get Jimin’s attention once again somewhere.  If it kept up, soon the police would be right, but from what he could tell Park Jimin wouldn’t fit in with the likes of them.

---

“Jungkook!” the dark-haired man turned his head, acting surprised to find one Park Jimin in the same coffee shop as him, however what did surprise him was the other person in the booth with him and he felt his jaw clench slightly.  Why was Jung Hoseok here talking to Jimin, and why did they look comfortable together?

He paid it no mind, ordering the coffee and making his way over to the pair, a fake smile crossing his lips as he took a seat next to Jimin, “I didn’t expect to see you here.” A lie.  He knew Jimin preferred this coffee shop, for reasons he had no idea.

“I actually come here a lot.” The blonde said with a smile crossing his face, before he nodded towards the other man, “This is Jung Hoseok, we just hired him as an additional dance instructor at our studio.” The blonde beamed as if this was the best news he could deliver, “Hoseok, this is Jeon Jungkook, he’s one of the better students, but don’t tell the rest of the class that.” The dancer giggled lightly, oblivious to the hard stare that Jungkook was giving Hoseok, who only smiled in return.

Hoseok rose his coffee drink towards Jungkook, “Pleasure to meet you, I do believe I’ve heard Jiminie here talk about you a few times.” A small smirk crossed the man’s features, one in which Jungkook wanted to rip off his face.  Perhaps at another time, now wouldn’t be a good time at all, especially in front of the company they both shared.

Jimin of course kept the conversation light, including both as the two enjoyed their coffee’s, one more relaxed than the other.

---

It had been months since the police had had any clues to what the Mafia were doing, there hadn’t been any deals to smother, no weapons shipment to try and find.  Today, however was different, they had a task force of members waiting outside of an abandoned building.  The rumors from their informant said there was going to be a big deal going on inside that night.

Jungkook kept his hat down low, his gaze flickering briefly towards the roof of another building that held some of the force to take who they needed to when the time was right.  The worse thing about this spot was that it wasn’t somewhere isolated, they still had civilians running around everywhere and they couldn’t block off the road without alerting the people who were already inside the building.

This was really going to be a situation, especially as Jungkook watched a mother and her child crossing the street, anyone near could easily get hurt.

“Jungkook?” that caused said man’s head to snap up quickly, eyes wide as he looked at the smaller man in front of him, a small bag clutched in his hands as if he’d only just stepped out to grab something before heading back on his way.  “Is that you?”

He’d never really felt scared of anything, but now he was, “Jimin, you can’t be here.” The man walked towards the blonde, taking hold of his arm as he turned him in the opposite direction.  “It’s not safe.”

“What’s going on?” the blonde questioned staring up at the man in the cap, “Why are you here if it’s not safe?” his brows furrowed as he let his lead him away from the building, “What are you doing?” it was then that Jimin stopped in his tracks.

This was the only time that he wasn’t sure of anything, “You have to trust me, you just can’t be here.” There wasn’t really any time to explain, because he could hear the men in his ear, the mission had already started through the building and if he wasn’t back at his post soon anything could happen.  His men could die. He could hear the yelling in his ear, someone had found something.  “I have to go.”

“Wait.” Jimin grabbed onto his arm, right before there was an explosion from the building he was turning towards.  That wasn’t supposed to happen, what the hell was going on?  Who the hell was giving the orders? It wasn’t him right now.  His gaze turned back to Jimin who was staring at the smoking building, the explosion hadn’t been close to them, but they could see the damages.  Jungkook didn’t waste any time, he pushed Jimin away from the scene before running in the direction the explosion had happened.

---

“Jimin was right there.” The mafia boss pounded his fist on the table in front of him, “Were you stupid? Did you follow any of my orders? Who the hell let off that explosion?” he waited for an answer and received none, he was growing angry.  “Yoongi, was it the police workers this time?” the dark eyes of the boss turned towards the man, “We really need to take care of them.” He let his eyes travel over the group of people in the room with him.  “Show them who’s still in charge.”

Yoongi let his eyes travel towards the boss, it wouldn’t be easy, but it was something they were going to have to do.  “Kim.” The boss’ eyes turned towards the man, “Tell our little police informant about a new plan were going through with soon, Yoongi, make sure you secure what we need at the station.” His gaze turned towards the last individual in the room dark eyes bore into them, “make sure Jimin stays away this time.”

“Yes boss.” The three moved away from the room.

---

“Kookie.” The dancer laughed lightly, his eyes hiding behind his smile, “you could have just told me you worked for the police.” They were back in the little coffee shop, just the two of them this time, “I was really worried you know.  I didn’t know what was happening and you just kept shoving me away.” His fingers wrapped around the cup in front of him, “I was scared for you.” The dancer confessed lightly and Jungkook couldn’t help the smile that crossed his face.

The dark-haired man reached his hand out, lightly brushing against the dancer’s arm, “You don’t have to worry about me, at all, I know how to take care of myself.” A frown crossed over Jimin’s lips, “You really don’t have to worry.” He said once more this time rubbing his fingers against the flesh near his hand.  “I’m more worried about you, so stay safe for me.” The blonde nodded his head slowly a small pout on his lips.

---

“Great job, Jungkook.” The dancer smiled at him, and then he felt a rough slap on his back, his gaze turning towards one Min Yoongi, a small glare being shot in his direction before turning it back towards Jimin.  “You can tell you’ve really been practicing lately.”

Honestly, it was easy to see why the Mafia boss liked Park Jimin, his smile made you want to smile, he made you want to give him the whole world and then some.  Jungkook was in far to deep, he just wanted to continue to make the blonde smile.

“Should we go for coffee?” the dark-haired man asked, the blonde pressing his lips together at the question.

“We go for coffee a lot.” The blonde grabbed onto his bag as he moved towards the entrance of the room, “Maybe we should switch it up.” He didn’t give Jungkook a chance to reply, “How about dinner instead, say about 7?” the grin quickly appeared on the dancers face, “at the restaurant two blocks from here?” the grin never left Jimin’s face before he happily skipped out of the room.

Jungkook was ecstatic, there was only one problem with tonight, it was the night of the big mission.

***

“Jungkook, where are you?” he heard from the earpiece, no one really needed him tonight.  His men knew the plan, no one was going to mess it up.  “Chief is going to be pissed you’re not here.” Yoongi really had a big mouth when he wanted to have one.

“He can shove it.” The man growled into the ear piece, removing it from his ear and shoving it into his pocket.

The blonde turned his head towards the dark-haired man, “Did you say something?” Jimin looked amazing, and really Jungkook couldn’t believe he could look even better than he did on a usual day.  His blonde hair styled perfectly, his attire something he was sure would make even models jealous.

“Just about how beautiful you look tonight.” Jungkook couldn’t help but smile at the man in front of him, the blonde’s cheeks turning a light pink at the comment.  “I’m glad I came.” It didn’t matter what was going on on the other side of the city, he was where he wanted to be, and the night couldn’t be more perfect for him.

----

A glass shattered across the room, Jungkook and Yoongi currently standing in the office of the chief, “You mean to tell me, Jeon, that you weren’t even present during the attack?” the man’s face was growing even more red, “That we lost several men because you wanted to go on a date?” the chief was seething and Jungkook just looked straight at the opposite wall.

“Sir, I had the situation under control.” Yoongi butted in, the chief turning to look at him instead, “You call losing some of our best men, you having it under control?” he looked back and forth between the two.

“With all due respect sir, even if I was there, I wouldn’t have been able to prevent the bomb from exploding and the men dying.” The police hadn’t been informed of any bombs, they hadn’t been careful enough and it had cost the police more than they had thought.

The chief stared hard at Jungkook, “Get out of my sight.  I don’t want to see you here again.” Jungkook could only sigh as he turned to leave the room.

A few moments later he could hear Yoongi’s voice behind him, “You sure that was a good idea?” the dark-haired male gave a sigh as he took a seat at his desk, or his former desk before giving a shrug of his shoulders. “Now what are you going to do?”

Jungkook spun around in the chair, “I still have you here.” The grin was met with a shake of a head, “and the chief will probably change his mind.” Jungkook at this moment he wasn’t extremely worried about the whole situation, sure he had lost some men, but they had all known what they were doing going in and that not everyone was promised to survive.

---

“Jiminie.” The brunette said in thought as the moved along the crowded streets.  “Did you have fun on your date with Jungkook?”

The blonde hummed lightly as he turned to look at Taehyung, “It was fun.” A smile crossed his lips, “I didn’t actually expect him to agree.” Not that he thought, he’d really given much choice, he had run out of there fast after asking.  “but, I’m glad he did, it was,” a pause was given, “special.”

Taehyung hummed in response turning to look into a store window, his head tilted as what was inside, “Jiminie, have you ever shot a gun?” This surprised the blonde, who only turned to stare at his friend, “stolen anything? Got into a fight?” the questions seemed serious and the blonde could only shake his head, “Interesting.”

This was turning out to be a strange conversation, but Taehyung just smiled at him once again before moving on.  What exactly was running through the brunette’s mind?

---

Was it possible to continue to fall further and further for someone? Without a care for anything else? It was something that Jungkook questioned as the two had yet another date, he couldn’t help but stare at the blonde as he spun in a few circles in the night.  The air around them slightly chilly but neither of them cared, not when they were in the presence of each other.  Jungkook smiled as the dancer let out a small giggle, his breath could be seen rising in the air above them.

A smile moved to face Jungkook, causing his heart to pump just a bit faster, it gave him more feelings than anything ever really had.  How could someone do that to him? This was something that he didn’t understand at all. Maybe he didn’t need to understand it.

“Jungkookie?” that caused a weird feeling in his heart, the smile directed at him.  He didn’t respond, just moved himself closer to the object of his affection.  His arms wrapping around the dancer’s waist, and he could hear the light sigh that escaped from his lips at the touch.  This moment was precious.  Everything about Jimin was precious.

***

How many dates had they been on? Time had passed by so quickly, but every date had felt so special.  Every date he moved closer and closer to the blonde.  His gaze running over the body next to him, the moon hitting the pale skin of the man next to him.  How long had it been since they’d had their first kiss? Their first night spent together? How many times had words be exchanged on how they feel for one another?

His thoughts didn’t last long as he heard a faint thump somewhere in his house.  He quickly and silently pushed himself from the bed, tossing on the first thing he could grab.  Who dared to enter his house? Dark eyes flickered over towards Jimin, making sure the blonde was still asleep before he exited the room.  The house was quiet now, as if whatever had made the sound was gone, but he knew better.

The silent move from room to room never alerted him to the trespasser, but Jungkook could feel the presence, a knife he had carefully hidden away now in his possession as he moved towards the body standing there.  A smirk crossed Jungkook’s face as he felt the gasp from the intruder once his placed the knife against their throat.

“Can you let me go?” the voice questioned, and Jungkook knew exactly who’s voice it was.  He shoved the individual away from him, the man rubbing gently at his throat before straightening at looking at Jungkook once again. “Did you want the information you asked for or did you just want to kill me?”

Jungkook moved to sit at the counter located in the kitchen, “Either would be a good option.” The introducer gave a roll of his eyes before sitting down as well.  “So, what do you have for me?”

“Transportation is happening in two days, we’ve a few men covering the ports already and unless other people find out about this everything should be done quickly, and we’ll have our shipment soon.” The dark-haired man nodded his head as he looked over the papers quickly.  “Everything is in order, you don’t’ have to worry about anything.”

Their talk together however was interrupted when the light flicked on above them, the two heads turning to look at the newcomer.  “Kook?” Jimin paused as his gaze flicked over to the other person in the kitchen, “Hoseok, what are you doing here?”

The man in question just shot him a grin, “Morning Jiminie!” the blondes eyes flickered towards the darkness that was still covering the house, it wasn’t morning, at least not to most people.  “I was just asking Jungkook if he wanted to help me run some of the classes, since he still on probation with the police.”

Jimin blinked at the two, “At four in the morning?” Jimin couldn’t help but raise his brows at the two, it seemed suspicious to say the least.

“Ah.” The man nodded his head, “Yeah, I tend to forget not everyone is as early riser as I am.” Hoseok scratched the back of his head, giving a sheepish smile, “Sorry to bother you, I’ll leave you two to go back to sleep.” The man quickly exited the room and house all together.

The blonde’s eyes turned back to Jungkook, whose attention quickly went from the figure leaving to Jimin, a smile pushing upon his face as the blonde, “Baby, we should go back to bed.” He said standing up and walking over to the man.

“Are you going to take it?” the dark-haired man hummed slightly in question, “the job?” they moved back towards the bedroom.

Jungkook slid slowly into the bed, his arms pulling the blonde closer, “I don’t think so, while dancing is fun, I doubt I’d be good at teaching it.  Plus, I’m nowhere near experienced enough in that field to even be thought of as a teacher.” Jimin only hummed at the reply, sleep already clouding his mind as he snugged up to his boyfriend.

---

“The shipment arrived?” the mafia boss leaned forward in his chair to look at the other three individuals in the room.  There was a small nod of their heads, “Good, then nothing got leaked.” This was good news, they hadn’t let their little police informant leak the news to the police and Yoongi hadn’t let anything slip out either.

“Yoongi, how are things going on your end?” the boss turned his dark eyes to the person in question.

The man gave a small nod of his head, “Everything is going according to plan, I expect we should be having some good news on the situation soon.”

A nod was given before eyes flickered towards the next target, “Taehyung?”

Taehyung fidgeted in his spot, “There’s nothing new to report.” The boss raised a brow at the answer, “Though, I do believe that Park Jimin is looking to expand his dance studio, it’s got a lot of business these last few months, especially from us.  I was questioning—” the man trailed off, before being motioned to continue, “If we were still aiming on getting close to the individual if it wouldn’t be a good idea to expand the building, put something in for us to continue business close by, no one is going to mess with him if we’re near.” A nod was given at the suggestion, it would put them close, disguising the front as another business.  “It’s just a suggestion.” The brunette muttered at the end.

“Interesting.” The boss gave it another thought before his gaze turned towards the last person in the room, “and you?”

The man moved forwards, “everything is in order, we have a smaller shipment coming, so if you wanted to have a little fun with the police again, we can let the news spread down to the informant.”

The boss nodded his head at the words, “It is always fun to play around with them.” He however had a few other plans he wanted to work on.  “lead a small team on that day, we don’t want any of the men getting hurt this time.” A nod was given at the orders, “and Hoseok, don’t lose the shipment either.”

Everything seemed to be in order, but the mafia boss had a few other plans he needed to attend to today as well.  “Yoongi.” The boss waved his hand for the man to follow, “I believe we have some business to tend to.”

“Yes boss. Er—” the man paused, “Jungkook.” The boss gave a long sigh, it was ever annoying when he had to pretend to be lower than the man, but it would have to do, after all he’d put himself in this position, he’d bear with it.

---

“You got your job back?” the blonde grinned at Jungkook, who only nodded his head, “This is so exciting, is that why you wanted to celebrate?” he waved his hand around at the fancy restaurant the were currently leaving, “I’m so proud of you, I knew the chief couldn’t keep you out of your job forever.  It was an honest mistake after all.”

The dark-haired man nodded his head at the blonde’s words, of course Jimin didn’t know the truth of any of it, just what Jungkook let him believe.  “Jimin.” The man stopped their walk, they hadn’t gone far, but he wasn’t sure how much longer he could hold himself back.  “I want to thank you for supporting me, and for loving me, for trusting me.” A grin crossed the blonde’s face.

“I know there are still things we don’t know about each other,” a lot of things Jimin didn’t know about him but he was going to keep that from the man for as long as possible, “but I don’t want to be apart from you, you make me happy.”  The dark-haired man pulled a small box from his jacket, “I want you to be by my side, will you do that?” the man lifted the top of the box, it wasn’t a ring, but it was a gift for an engagement.

“Will you marry me?”

---

“Are you ever going to tell him?” Hoseok leaned back against the wall as movers pulled in the items for Jimin’s new studio.  Jimin had been so excited to learn he’d raised enough money himself to buy a bigger studio, that he had so many people interested in learning to dance.  The dark-haired man turned and raised an eyebrow at the man, “That you bought him this studio?  That his small amount was nowhere near the price of this place? Among other things?”

The two turned their gaze back towards the blonde who was happily rearranging things here and there.  His engagement gift holding tightly onto his wrist.  The small wedding band shining brightly on his finger, “He’s never going to find out.” Jungkook’s voice was sharp, “Why don’t you go help him place things, isn’t that your job?”

Hoseok bowed his head quickly, “Yes, boss.”  Jungkook pressed his lips together, Jimin was happy, he never had to know anything.

Notes:

This probably really didn't make any sense. I know the whole Mafia thing is over done but I couldn't help myself when the idea popped into my head. I see a lot of Park Jimin being the bad guy but I thought this would be a fun little plot twist. I know I usually write fluff which is probably why I don't like this nearly as much as the rest of my stuff.
