[BEGIN LOG]

Iruma: Afternoon. Dr. Jinguji laments not being able to be here today. I’ll be the one conducting the interview this time around, my name is Jyuto Iruma.

SCP-123-1: Ahh, don’t worry about it, don’t worry about it! I trust doc didn’t leave us in bad hands. (Light laugh)

Iruma: Oh, you flatter me. By the way, pardon me if I ever do say anything insensitive, I do believe this is only my second time coming in any sort of contact with you…?

SCP-123-1: Really? I ‘aven’t seen you before personally.

Iruma: Right. It must have been one of your… Brothers? That’s what you call them, right?

SCP-123-1: Yup, they’re my bros.

Iruma: If I may ask, don’t you three share memories and thoughts? You would’ve remembered me from those even if you hadn’t seen me personally.

SCP-123-1: I mean- yeah, but I don’ really like invading their privacy like that. I keep well outta their memories, m’sure they don’t need me snooping in there.

Iruma: That’s very respectable, I hope they both hold you in the same esteem. You’re the eldest, right?

SCP-123-1: Yeah, oldest by a couple o’ years. Been caring for my bros for a long time.

Iruma: Ah- wait, actually. Sorry to have to ask this, but what are your names? I must sound so detached and insensitive. (Laugh)

SCP-123-1: (Mumbling) Everyone in this facility is detached and insensitive.

Iruma: I understand how you feel, but please refrain from pettily throwing around inflammatory statements like that. If you have any issues, express them out loud for me, okay?

SCP-123-1: Look, dude, we just want to get this over with as quick as possible, but god you make it so hard.

Iruma: Me specifically, or the staff in general?

SCP-123-1: Everyone.

Iruma: Mind telling me why you think so?

SCP-123-1: (Agitated) You all- you speak so- you’re always looking down on us!

Iruma: Ah, so you have a problem with the formality? Would speaking more casually help you?

SCP-123-1: It’ll still sound disingenuous, I know it.

Iruma: Well, I’ll take the opportunity to stop speaking like I have a stick up my a** anyways.

SCP-123-1: You people are allowed to curse?

Iruma: Technically, yeah. It’ll be censored in the official log anyways, so it doesn’t really matter much anyways.

SCP-123-1: Really? Holy s**t.

Iruma: Keep in mind I’m being super unprofessional right now, though.

SCP-123-1: We assumed, gee.

Iruma: This any better for you?

SCP-123-1: A little, thanks.

Iruma: Good, I don’t want to be stuck in a room interrogating hostile children.

SCP-123-1: Wh-?! I’m not a kid!

Iruma: Your brothers are though, right?

SCP-123-1: They aren’t here…

Iruma: (Laughing) You’ve been speaking in mostly plural pronouns this entire time.

SCP-123-1: You got a problem with that?!

Iruma: No no, heavens no. It’s endearing if anything.

SCP-123-1: (Scoff)

Iruma: Right, right. I think I’ve taken enough of your time, thanks for not flipping your s**t or anything.

SCP-123-1: So soon?

Iruma: Yeah, these are short, we don’t have much time to waste around here.

SCP-123-1: A’ight, I’m not complaining.

Iruma: I’ll be back later to interview your kid brothers, tell them to not be scared or whatever.

SCP-123-1: Sure.

Iruma: Okay, bye.
