Begin a Pro hero its not easy. And less if you are a famous hero, son of the previous No #1 hero, And even less if you are one of the most popular and powerful young heroes of this generation, or how the people call it “the second heroe revolution”.
The dual hero, Shoto. With almost 22 years old, he became one of the most powerful and greatest hero in this generation. One of the youngest get the top 10 in the heroe ranking was not easy with other and more experienced heroes in it. Most of them being his classmates.
Todoroki Shoto arrive at the national airport after the longest 5 years of his live, looking around for the person who was supposed to pick him up. The only one person who knows about his return and the only one who knew why he left. Nobody knows it. No ones was able to talked to him or make him a call. It was like if he tries to isolate himself from his previous life. They just knew about him was when he make his first international appearance. The only know he was still alive because the T.V, new and social media were filled with him.
Returning home after running away from your feelings wasn't easy step for Todoroki Shoto in his “turning the page” plan. Keep thinking in him, his crush, his first crush, the first love of his life; wasn't healthy for anyone.
But why did he left ? You ask.
Well it's a interesting story that begins with his class graduation 5 years ago. When ceremony had ended, everyone agree with the idea of having a private party before their adult lives officially starts and nobody probably would have time to spend with friends again or everyone take different paths.
When the party was almost ending, the All Might’s Successor makes and announcement.
An announcement about his wedding.
Midoriya Izuku was going to marry a woman called Melissa.
Yeah...he remembered Melissa. The professor's shield daughter. The girl they helped rescuing her father some time ago. The same girl he and his classmates met in their trip to the I-Island when his father was invited but he declined because “there are more important things than a stupid reunion with other heroes and thematic park in an island” so he sent his son in his place. And not because Endeavor wants him to make him more famous for his desire to surpass All Might. No of course not.
Anyway...
She was the one who win Izuku's love. Not him.
As the man with honor that he is, Shoto accepted his defeat but not his heart that still love the greenhead hero.
Without a goodbye for his now-ex-classmates and few friends he had, the boy leave the party and the country to start his heroic career. To run away from his feeling and the only one he loved and continue to.
Nobody knew why their classmate leaved like that. None a exception of the creator hero, Creaty, or better known as Momo. Having to spend 3 years next to him made her capable to understand Todoroki's behavior, sights and glances directed to the greenhead boy. At the end they became really close and the taller ended confessing his crush on his friend to the girl.
Of course Momo knows why he left. And of course she didn't tell anybody. Even Izuku.
When the Female pro hero spots the bicolor hair, She apox to the male pro hero who just arrive for him to saw her. When he finally saw her, they exchange the usual welcome words and starts their way
Once in the girl’s car, an awkward silence is established. Silences that of broken by the girl.
“Everyone had miss you Todoroki-san”
“I don't thinks so. I wasn't that important in the class”
“Of course you were! Even if you didn't socialice as Ashido-san, you were really notorious.”
“Thanks Yaoyorozu ”
“You're welcome Todoroki-san. What are we friends for?”
Once in the car where the girl promised to pick him up, a awkward silences accompany them for several minutes. As always, the bicolor wasn't good maintain a conversation. Even less to start one.
“You know everyone have miss you so much.”
“You already said that. And they don't needed to. I was just in a mission.”
“For five years! I know you were heartbroken when Midoriya-san announced his wedding but disappear for all that time want the mature and the best way to resolve it and continue your live”
“What do you wanted me to do? You with him and confess even if I know I won't have an opportunity with him.”
“At least you could tell him and take the weight off of your back.”
“It won't change anything. I'll feel the same. I just love him so much even if i know he doesn't feel the same for me”
“You won't know until you try Todoroki-san.”
“You really have so much hope in this, don't you?”
“You were out of the country for quite years. So the others wanted to throw a welcome party.”
“Yaoyorozu. You know I hate parties. I won't go a even less if Midoriya is there”
“I know. That why i'm taking you there. And don't worry. Midoriya-san if really busy with his hero career to go to a party”
With that last said, the car stopped in front of a modest department where its suppose the party was waiting for him.

The “ welcome party”, fortunately for Shoto, wasn’t really a big party. It was more like a private reunion with food, drinks and talks about their young years and questions about his trip, rescues and missions. The normal with the now ex-class 1-A.
Almost everyone was there. There were exceptions of those who had night patrols and others who had more important things than see the half-half bastard aka bakugou and other who wanted to spend their anniversary with the love of their lives but promise to see soon aka kirishima at the phone with strange-like-moans-and-curses sounds in the background
But Todoroki was expecting to see and,at the same time to not see, the one he have been thinking of since forever. When he thought his prayers was heard, he appeared.
Midoriya Izuku has changed but not for bad. The change made him taller than he was when Shoto last saw him. His eternal uncontrollable green hair that looks so fluffy and soft. The beautiful freckles he had always admired in his cute face. Those lips he had dream to kiss some day. His brawny arms that seems that he have the strength to lift All Might in his Hero form before the incident in Kamino in their first year. That torso that seems firm and turned even under that sweater he was wearing. Lowering his eyes, Shoto could see the long a strong legs, result of his intense training with his shoot style.
Izuku had change. But was a good change.
Izuku had become handsome. Even more since he saw last time.
It look like Izuku didn't notice his presence yet because he approach Uraraka who was near him so Shoto could hear their conversation. Todoroki has never been a eavesdropper but when it’s about the greenhead, it was unconsciously and impossible to not pay attention.
“You made it Deku-kun.”
“Yeah. It was difficult because of Kairi. She didn't want me to leave. but at the end she accept to stay with mom for a while.”
Kairi? Who is Kairi? Wasn't supposed that Midoriya was married with Melissa? Where is she?
So deep in his thoughts he was that Shoto didn't feel the greenhead approach to him.
“Todoroki-kun! It's been a long time!” with the cutest smile Shoto have ever seen, the greenhead approach to him.
“Midoriya” seriously Shoto? is that al you could say?
“How it was travelling abroad?”
“Good. But at certain moment you need to return home.”
“If i know you well. And I do, I could bet that was the longest sentences you had said since you arrive”
“You know me well then.”
“I know”
There was tension between them but it feels like some would die if the broke it. The bicolor use his drink as a distraction from the man in front of him. Then he placed in eyes in the vicepresident of the class in their first year at U.A. The same who was trying to communicate with signal that the dual hero could read as “talk to him” or “make a move”.
“You know.” The hero in front of him was the first one to talk. “I really wanna know about your travel and the heroes you have met.”
“I will be honored to tell you everything I know”
“Are you free tomorrow at noon? I could made you lunch at my department. Kairi would be happy to meet you. I had talk with her about you.”
“Who is Kairi?”
“Oh yeah. Sorry. Kairi is my daughter”
And Shoto’s world feel like
Of course Midoriya would have a daughter. He was married! You stupid.
“She is a really big fan of you. Kind of me.”
His heart ache with each word that comes out of the hero lips about his family. At certain point he wasn't paying attention to nothing.
When he comes out of his mind, the party had ended and he was in the bed of the hotel he was staying. The only thing that was on his mind was the invitation Midoriya has given him and Shoto of course, accepting it.

The bicolor arrived at the locationt his friend sended him before. A modest department in his a nuclear family could perfectly fit. Perfect for a A hero who like a simple live and his family. Perfect for Midoriya.
Shoto knock the door Midoriya told him in his message. After a few minutes, the door opened and the figure behind it wasn't Midoriya.
A little girl with big blue eyes, blonde and wavy hair and few freckles in her face appeared on front of him just to close the door right in front of his face. To say Shoto was confused was was little.
A voice, Midoriya voice; came from the other side of the door and then it’s open again but this time by the greenhead..
“Sorry about that. Kairi is shy. Come on” And he give Shoto space to enter to the department.
Immediately the smell of food welcomes him and made he remember how hungry he was.
When Shoto arrive to the living room, he could see the many photos of him and his daughter, together or individually(mostly of the girl). There were just like two or three of them here the mother of the child was shown. Shoto didn't even know he was so focus in the photos until the other hero talked.
“She died. Three years ago. I think Kairi didn't remember her. She was still to young.”
“I’m sorry”
“Dont. You didn't do anything bad”
Being a selfish was what he thought
The lunch started with an awkward silence that continued for a few minutes until the child join it.
She approach with something in her hands that she give to the one with the double Quirk. A piece of paper with a drawing in it. It was him!
“Can….could...please….” with a low voice the girl was talking, or triying.
The son of Endeavor, with his experiences in so many countries and havien to face the same situation, already knows what to do.
“Do you have a pen?”
With that, the girls ran to her room to find the said pen.
“Wow Todoroki-kun. You are good with kids.”
“While a was abroad, I interact with kids mostly. And I learn what they want and need.”
The girl came back with the pen and the hero sing the picture for give it to her.
With that scene, a little smile was shown in the bicolor lips.
After that the lunch went normal for the three of then before the blonde starts talking like his father used to do in their time in the academy.
Until the time to go comes.
“Will you visit us again?”
“If you father it’s ok with it.”
“Dad please!! invite Shoto again!!”
“The next time I would like to invite the both of you”
“It’s not necessary Todoroki-kun”
“I insist”
And the hero couldn't said no
And more hang outs come after the first one. Some of them with the little Kairi involved so the had to adapted to what the little girls wanted. Walks in the park, the amusement park, restaurants, etc.
In each of them, The bicolor get to know more about the single dad, about what happened with his wife and how he became widower. How he alone rise his child. with obviously the help of his mother and friends.
Another thing added to the list of qualities he love about Midoriya. Even if it was already in the list. His determination to get what he wants and the much love he have for his family and friends.
With that in mind. Shoto get the determination to confess his deepest secret to him.
“Midoriya”
They were walking in a park with the little Kairi with them. It was making a good weather to be at home so the three decided to spend it out. The dual hero stops his step sudendl, suprinsing the other hero.
“What happened Todoroki-kun?”
“I can't stay like this anymore.”
Shoto knew there was not step back. It’s now or never
“Midoriya. Since the sports festival I have been feeling something for you. I admired you for how you manage to turn the tables and take advantage. Or simply, do as you wanted.”
“Todoroki-kun” the hero was speechless.
“You know i’m not that good with with words but i have something more to say: Let me be by your side. You don't know how much I have miss you all these years. I made the mistake of not telling you about this feelings I had for you before. I hope I still had a opportunity”
“You don't worry about the fact that i'm single parent?”
“Tell me you love me. That you accept me . Accept my love and you won't be single.”
“I love you Midoriya Izuku”
