when the entire city is asleep you climb through payne's open window. he suffers from bad gas at night and leaves his wondow open to ventilate at all cases.
you've had enough of this man... so you decided to do it.
while he's peacefully lying on his bad, snoring, letting drool onto his pillow, you sneak up to him and tower over him. what a fragile man... good thing you can overpower him then!
the first thing you do is cover his mouth forcefully while sticking a syringe into his arm.
payne jolts awake and struggles but you inject the drug into him that immediately takes effect and payme passes out soon.
there. good.
you close the window and the curtains. you tie payne up and gag him and wait for him to awaken with an evil grin...

payne awakes and immediately struggles when he realizes what happened and then he freezes upon seeing you. of course, because of your mask he doesn't recognize you...
"hello, mr. payne," you grin evilly. "i've wanted to do this for such a long time."
you walk up to him as he's frozen in terror and tears appear in his eyes streaming down.
he mumbles something similar to "please don't" but it doesnt stop you.
"mr. payne. you will finally pay for all crimes you've committed against humanity."
you put your hand into your pocket... and reveal an electric razor.
payne starts struggling and sweating profusely.
you chuckle. "you stupid fuck nugget. you're gonna get what you deserve."
you grab payne by his ugly fucking hair and start shaving that ugly little dick-like peace of hair off. there. that's better!
then you proceed to just shave alllll of it off. his hair keeps falling on his shoulders and down on the floor like the ashes of his disgraceful reputation.
he becomes completely bald as an egg.
to finish your job off... you take out a permanent marker and draw a very detailed penis on his head.
you write "dickhead" on his forehead.
"that name suits you better than "prosecutor", mr. pain in the ass." you say and flick his forehead painfully.
then you inject more drugs into him and he falls asleep and you descend into the night.
