Work Text:

Late night gaming session was always your favorite thing to do with your boyfriend in the weekends. It was kind of this thing that turned into something casual.
It would take place in your room with snacks and drinks, and pretty much a tournament of different games.

Today was no different. You had picked out a few games for you and Bakugo to play, while he was bringing the food.
Two knocks on your door caught your attention and you quickly hurried to open it up, knowing who it would be on the other side.

“Y’know, normally you would just barge into my room without knocking.” You said as you saw your boyfriend occupied with holding the bags of chips and drinks.
Bakugo narrowed his eyebrows. “Well, it’s hard to open a fucking door when both of my hands are holding shit.” You chuckled at how short of a fuse he had. It was more funny than scary.

You led him into your room, and after setting down the snacks and presenting the games you would be playing, the tournament finally began.
The first tournament was a game of Mario Kart, a game which Bakugo wasn’t the best at.

“You just picked that game because you know you’ll win.” Bakugo said and huffed.
Unsurprisingly, you won the Mario Kart tournament. Between the constant cussing and almost rage quitting, Bakugo came in 3rd place.

“This game is rigged anyways…” Bakugo said in a salty tone.

The next game that you would play was Super Smash Bros. a game that… you hadn’t played so much. Not because you didn’t want to, but because you were busy with school and stuff.
So it wasn’t surprising when you sucked butt at the game. You knew the basics and the general stuff, but what really surprised you, was that Bakugo was like a pro at the game.

And you knew for a fact, that he had just as little experience as you. Maybe it was because you were so bad at the game that made it look like he was good, but he was pushing the minimal amount of buttons and still somehow manage to win.

You got really frustrated and tired of the teasing that Bakugo did after witnessing how bad you were at the game.
“Come on, you loser. You can’t be good at everything.”

It was really infuriating. How was he so good? I know that he I’m the only one of us that has this game, so couldn’t have been playing it in his free time. But how the heck does he still manage to win?

That’s when it clicked. “STOP CHEATING!” you yelled at him and paused the game.

“What?” He answered back as if he was clueless of what you meant.
“I said: stop cheating, you bastard!”

Bakugo put down the controller and tried to keep his composure. “What the hell did you call me?”

“I called you a bastard, you dumbass!” Bakugo got mildly offended as you called him these things.
“Oh, I see how it is…” Bakugo said and got ready to attack you. “YOU’RE STEALING MY LINES!” He said as he jumped on you.

You managed to keep him back, but then he cheated again. He began to tickle you.

“K-Katsuki, st-stop!” You said between laughs. That was your punishment for calling him a bastard.

Bakugo finally stopped tickling you when he saw that you almost ran out of breath. The hot head was quite pleased with himself, thinking that he taught you a lesson. To never call him a bastard again, which you could never promise.

You had caught your breath and you took a quick glance at Bakugo. This was one of those times which would be saved in your memory forever. Bakugo had more of a soft side than you realized.
But you still hadn’t forgotten about his unusual good skills in the gaming tournament.

“Just admit that you cheated.” You said.

Bakugo’s pleased look quickly faded with an irritated one. “Hah?!”

And so began another one of your small fights, or rather sparring session. With a dash of tickling.”
