Your chest hurt from too much happiness and your cheeks hurt from smiling too much because you couldn't contain said happiness. It was finally here, you guys have been trying for months and it was finally here.
The day has come and it was finally the day to adopt a cat!
You and Shouta have been trying for months on picking a very suitable cat for you and that day has finally come and you didn't expect the cat to pick you. You guys were the ones picking the cat and somehow this cat decided to pick you. Not like you were protesting or anything because the cat is cute as hell.
"Aw! Shouta he likes you so much!" You exclaimed looking at the cat as he placed his paws on Shouta's cheeks making Shouta smile. "He's so cute! Look at those cheeks!"
"Y/n... I think we found the one." Shouta stated making your heart explode. Finally! You almost uwu'd which was weird but you didn't care. You finally had a baby now!
After signing some things and paying for the things he needed, you guys came home with smiles adorning your faces—Shouta's being bigger than yours somehow. But you didn't mind, you liked seeing Shouta happy, wait scratch that, you loved seeing Shouta happy.
"I can't wait to spend time with them! Just think of what the future may bring Shouta! They're gonna have babies and their babies are gonna have babies and then they're gonna say 'My grandma is a badass. She can break a man’s nose in a single blow AND she knits dope-ass sweaters!'" Shouta chuckled at your expression and kissed your nose. You looked up and saw that adoration in his eyes, so pure, so strong which made you grin.
"Learn how to knit dope-ass sweaters first and then they'll say that." Shouta replied, his usual monotone voice a little bit softer now.
"Hey! I knit dope-ass sweaters Shouta!" You shouted, your mouth forming a pout after.
"Whatever you say, Y/n. Whatever you say."
