Chapter Text
Jimin's favorite song had started playing when they had just arrived. He stepped out of the car and looked around at his surroundings while stretching his limbs. This was his new temporary for three or more months home with his mom. He saw little kids chasing eachother, adults talking and teens doing what normal teens do in the summer. This was all under the beautiful sun, the same sun that would soon be burning his skin off if he didn't get inside soon. But he stayed to watch these two kids running around yelling "wai!"It was just too cute for some reason.
He soon heard the door from the house over open and out stepped a boy about his Age with a gleaming smile.
"Hi! You must be the new Neighbor we have nice to meet you" he looked so handsome and cute in jimin's eyes and he was about to reply when his mom told him to come inside and unpack his things.
"Hi nice to meet you too" he said and quickly flashed a smile before heading inside.
"He's cute." Hoseok smiled to himself while sitting on the porch steps watching the children play.
"I have to meet him this time, it was kinda rude to leave like that" Jimin said to himself while putting the last thing in his room away. By the time he was finished it was evening and his mom was watching a drama on the TV.
"Jiminie, your food is on the table."
"I'll eat it later I'm going to he Neighbors to say hi." Jimin said slipping on his shoes and heading out the door into the cool night. It was still a bit hot but it was tolerable.
He stared up at the house. Before he could reach for the door it swang open surprising Jimin.
"Oh, hi didn't see you there. Sorry." The boy said quickly.
"Its ok, I was just here to say hi and that me and my mom are here for the summer. She also said your welcome to come over anytime." Jimin said smiling. Half because the boy looked cute and half because he liked being nice.
"hey I realised we never introduced ourselves. I'm Hoseok or hobi whatever you want to call me it's fine and I'm 22." Hoseok said shrugging and putting his hands in his pockets.
"I'm Jimin and I'm 20" Jimin said looking around.
"You know I was going to take a walk, would you like to join me?" Hoseok said smiling at the younger. Jimin looked up and nodded his head.
"Sure why not." Jimin said.
