Summary
I wrote it when I was working a midnight shift.
Lena didn't get the luxury of being told Kara's secret, Lex took that from her. Lena has really low self-esteem so of course she blames herself for Kara not telling her that she was Supergirl. This is one depiction of how someone might handle that level of deceit. Lena is a billionaire, doctor, owner of multiple empires. She has access to things, while being discreet.
