Work Text:
It was universally known that Uzui Tengen threw the best parties.
Coming from old money, his larger estate provided the perfect place for rambunctious teenagers to act a fool on friday nights. It was usually a scene out of a hollywood movie with the amount of teens in various states of intoxication across the estate.
Giyuu never liked to come to these parties, even if he was co-captain of the swim team, his semi popular status meant very little when he was outside the pool. And he was mostly only approached when in the presence of his far more popular friend and fellow captain, Sabito. It was him who usually dragged Giyuu out to these parties and quickly abandoned him once he caught sight of the student body president Rengoku Kyojuro. Giyuu was pretty sure they were basically dating or at least hooking up if the hickeys on Sabitos skin the next day were any sign.
As a long time friend, Giyuu already knew his way around Tengens house and made his way to his library. It was often empty, with not many teens finding any excitement in a room that reminded them of education. Though some days Giyuu did walk in to find various scandalous scenes, the open floor plan of the room gave very little room to hide.
Just as always, the door was unlocked with no one inside. There were a few sofas arranged in the middle of the room with a coffee table which Giyuu placed his soda on before he walked around looking for an interesting book to read. He hadn’t even made a dent in the vast collection of books but he wasn’t really that much of a reader anyways, only doing so to pass his time.
On days the room was occupied by horny teens, he’d settle for going for a swim in the large pool outside. It was empty on most cold days even with the heated water but with the warm weather it was currently filled with teens splashing around. Giyuu could hear the music in the distance, muffled by the book filled walls.
Giyuu was a chapter in the book before his peace with interrupted by the infuriating voice of Kocho Shinobu, his arch nemesis. “Sabito was right, you are hiding in here.”
Giyuu was going to skin Sabito later.
He ignored her, pretending to still be reading as her heard her heels approaching him. “Oh Tomioka, don’t ignore me like that. It’s rude.” She began to poke his cheek annoyingly and Giyuu could only take so much before slapping her hand away.
“What do you want Shinobu.”
With strength he had no idea she possessed with her tiny frame, she wrapped her arms around his right arm and began to haul him towards the door, “We need one more person for spin the bottle.”
“What?!” He embarrassingly squeaked, beginning to resist and pull away. “No way.”
“C’mon, it’ll be fun! You might be able to get your first kiss finally! You don’t want to pass up this chance.” She giggled menacingly, Giyuu was sure she was actually Satan, “Besides, “ She began, throwing a mischievous glance towards him, “Shinazugawa is playing.”
Giyuu froze, almost causing Shinobu to trip as his deadweight pulled her back and finally stopped her in her tracks.
Shinazugawa Sanemi, known as the baseball captain of their schools team, a scarred beauty with a cold glare, was Giyuus crush. As captains of their respective teams, the two often crossed paths during club meetings and although every exchange hadn’t necessarily been positive, Giyuu couldn’t help the crush he had on the good looking boy. He’d dragged Sabito to every one of their schools baseball games with the excuse he was showing school spirit. They both knew it was bullshit since he never cared for any other school sporting event but Sabito never questioned him. Most likely knowing it would lead to questions about his own thing with Kyojuro.
Giyuu wasn’t sure how Shinobu had managed to find out about his secret crush but he wasn’t going to give her the pleasure of confirming it. “Why would that matter to me?”
Shinobu gave him a pointed look, clearly not falling for the bait, “Please, spare the denial. Did you forget my sister is the manager for our boys team? I attend just as many games as you do. But I guess you wouldn’t notice with how focused you are on Shinazugawa.” She smirked.
Giyuu couldn’t hold back the blush as she began to pull his weak body forward again. Before he could come back to his senses he found himself in Tengens room where a circle of teens were already spinning a bottle.
“I’ve brought our last person!” Shinobu sing-songed as they entered.
“Tomioka!” Kanroji Mitsuri smiled brightly in greeted, “I didn’t know you were here.”
“He’s always here Mitsuri, usually hiding in some corner like a loser.” Iguro Obanai sneered.
“Now don’t be like that Iguro, you’re always in the corner of the room yourself, looking all edgy and emo.” Shinobu shot back in Giyuus defense.
Iguro glared back at her as she pushed down Giyuu to sit down in between Mitsuri and a kid named Akaza. Giyuu recognized a girl named Daki sitting amongst them, she was staring seductively over to Sanemi right beside her, who was sitting upright with arms crossed looking annoyed. He looked really good in his unbuttoned white blouse, his well defined muscles peeking out from the exposed parts of his clothes.
Giyuu began to notice that Shinobu did not join them in the circle, “Wait, aren’t you playing?”
Shinobu smirked, “No, I’m just moderating,” She patted his head gently.
“Isn’t the female to male ratio a bit off.” Iguro pointed out, looking around the circle.
“I don’t know if you have noticed, but everyone here is gay.” Shinobu stated, “Am I wrong?” She challenged the wide eyed looks everyone gave her. While it was true Giyuu did consider himself bisexual, he was surprised to find out Iguro and even more surpsingly, Sanemi, were also so gay. “I know what I’m doing and all of you are out and I’m sure no one here is going to run their mouths.” She rolled her eyes. “Let’s get started. Misturi you start.”
“Wait what are we playing?” Sanemi finally spoke, “7-minuets? Truth or dare?”
The group of teens looked around before voting on truth or dare for the moment. Only Daki and Mitsuri disappointed in the outcome as they began the game. It wasn’t as frightening as they played, Giyuu so far had only been dared to do minor things like lick Akazas shoe (Iguros dare) and take off his shirt (Dakis). As the game continued the dares were getting boring as no one was brave enough to take them to the next level.
“This is getting boring.” Daki complained after she had finished smelling Akazas armpit. “Can we please play 7 minuets.”
“Yes please!” Mitsuri agreed, clapping her hands enthusiastically. The boys looked around at each other in question. Although Giyuu wasn’t interested in kissing anyone besides Sanemi, he really had no reason to not play. Knowing it would be almost impossible to change the girls minds, they all nodded.
“Finally, something interesting!” Shinobu exclaimed, getting up from where she’d been laying on Tengens bed. “Giyuu, you start.”
Giyuu froze, he needed time to prepare but obviously Shinobu wasn’t going to give him time to chicken out. With a shaky hand, he reached for the bottle and spun, praying to whatever gods were out there that it could land on Sanemi or at the very least Akaza. He didn’t know him well but he was cute at least and there was no way he was going to kiss Iguro and he was sure he would kill him for kissing Mitsuri. There was also something terrifying about Daki that he just didn’t want to even go there (also rumor had it her brother had killed her last boyfriend).
Giyuu waited in agony as the bottle spun around in circles before it began to slow down. He was sure he was going to throw up before any kissing could happen as it finally stopped at its target. Following the length of the bottle, his eyes slowly raked up the body of his target and almost fainted as his eyes met Sanemis.
Shinobu began clapping her hands, “Giyuu and Sanemi are the first pair! Follow me, Tengens closest is perfect for this.”
“Wait, we’re not going to get to see.” Daki began to pout as Sanemi and Giyuu wordlessly stood up. Giyuus legs felt weak as he began to follow Sanemis strong muscled form into the now opened closet. It was huge and had its own lighting and a little love seat.
“Remember, 7 minuets is all you get.” Shinobu winked before closing the door behind her. Giyuu heard music beginning to play outside, most likely to give them privacy.
Giyuu gulped before letting his eyes look up to meet Sanemi, who was already staring at him.
“You’re not going to chicken out are you?” Sanemi asked, his voice low and smooth.
Giyuu shook his head, afraid his voice would crack if he spoke.
“Good.” Sanemis face suddenly changed from the resting cold look it usually had to a more mischievous heated look, a smirk falling on his lips as he began approaching Giyuu. Taken aback by this new side of Sanemi, Giyuu began to back up until his back hit a wall. Sanemi slapped a hand on the wall behind him as he began to lean in, smirk still plastered on his face as he stared into Giyuus eyes.
“You know I was hoping you’d play, I’ve been dying to kiss those pretty lips of yours for months.”
Giyuu was too stunned to respond and before he could even begin to process what Sanemi had just said, he was leaning in and pressing his mouth against Giyuus with wet warm lips. Caught off guard Giyuu found himself staring wide eyed at Sanemi’s incredibly close face, noting how his long lashes practically brushed his cheeks and how he DID have eyebrows, they were just so light that they were impossible to see.
It was all so surreal, he didn’t even begin to realize what was happening until felt Sanemi’s tongue pushing through his still unmoving lips that he finally woke up from his daze.
Sanemi was kissing him.
He was being kissed by Sanemi.
His crush was kissing him.
And he was standing there like a freaking statue.
Sanemi was going to think he was some loser who didn’t know how to kiss.
With a bit of hesitation, he began moving his mouth in rhythm with Sanemis, enjoying the feeling of his tongue caressing his. He felt Sanemi’s hands, rough from years of throwing baseballs and swinging bats, cup his face. On their own accord, Giyuus hands moved up to grip Sanemis white blouse, a part of him wanting to rip it open so he could run his hands down every dip and curve of his chest. He wondered if the scars he’d peeked earlier were rough like his hands or soft like his lips.
Giyuu wasn’t sure how long they were pressed up against the wall or who began to move them before his back was pressed down on the small love seat.
Things were getting hotter and heavier as Sanemi was no longer kissing his mouth but now moving his lips down a scorching path down Giyuus neck.
Somehow Giyuu had managed to remove Sanemis shirt and now was doing exactly what he’d wanted to do all night. Running his hands down his broad chest, he felt the softness of the scars that ran up and down it, the well defined abs and his wide glorious pecs.
Sanemis hands had already made work of feeling up and down Giyuus own exposed chest (he’d forgotten to put his shirt back on after truth or dare) and were just hovering around his navel. Giyuu wasn’t sure but he believed Sanemi was working up the courage to reach for his belt.
And just as he was sure he was about to, the closet door slammed open as Shinobus irritating bell like voice called out, “Time’s up!”
Sanemi didn’t jump off Giyuu immediately, his slips only slowly dragging off of Giyuus chest to sneer at her, “You’re 30 seconds early.”
Shinobu’s eyes widened with amusement, “Oh, were you counting?”
“Needed to know how much time I had to get away with as much as possible.” He smirked, before crawling off of Giyuu and looking for his shirt.
“Wow it’s hot in here.” Daki commented as she pushed past Shinobu, “Can I go next with Sanemi.” She winked.
Giyuu began to feel his face heat up with embarrassment as he ashamedly covered his chest. Reality began to set as he watched the others interact, remembering that this was all a game and Sanemi probably felt nothing for him.
He sat up from this love seat and was going to sneak his way out, find his shirt and then run as far away from Uzui Tengens mansion as possible.
But then he felt Sanemi’s rough hand lock around his wrist and pull him towards him, “Where you going?”
Giyuu couldn’t meet his eyes as he eyed the floor, “I don’t feel like playing anymore, I think I’m just going to go home.”
“No way!” Daki cried, “Don’t be such a loser Tomioka.”
“Don’t call him that.” Sanemi gruffly snapped back at her, causing Giyuu to finally look up and see him glaring at her, “You know what, if Giyuu ain’t playing neither am I. Lets go.”
“Wha-” Sanemi pushed past Daki and Shinobu as he began pulling Giyuu out. As they approached the three remaining sitting figures, Sanemi bent down and scooped up Giyuus discarded shirt.
“Where are you guys going?” Mitsuri whined.
“My car.” Sanemi called back he pulled Giyuu out of the room. “We’re going to finish what we started.”
Giyuu was breathless as Sanemi winked back at him.
