Chapter Text

Jonathan waltzed from table to table, placing down cutlery and napkins on each table. He’d already placed down some tablecloths and unlit candles, so now he just needed to put out empty cups… He’d checked out the stocks so the chef had everything he needed.

He’d carefully plotted these routes between the tables so Giorno could slide by on his roller skates which he had insisted on using.

Jonathan went to the windows, pulling up the blinds to look at the sunny day outside. Seems like Dio wouldn’t be able to go outside today. The windows were slightly tinted to keep certain rays out, but even then he noticed Dio was always a bit careful about open windows…

“JoJo.”

A voice from behind him. Jonathan turned around, raising an eyebrow as he saw Dio standing, hands on his hips, an eyebrow raised.

“Dio, darling.” Jonathan smiled, approaching him. Dio was still in his pyjamas. His sleep schedule was rather all over the place, and now, at 11am in the morning, he’d only just gotten up. His pyjamas were basically just a velvety black nightgown with string shoulders, showing his entire cleavage due to how low cut it was.

“It’s a sunny day, JoJo.” Dio commented as Jonathan moved towards him to embrace him warmly.

“Would you like me to go out to the market and fetch you that dress you were looking at the other day?” Jonathan murmured, pressing his cheek to Dio’s chest. His skin was cold but he did feel his own body heat warming the vampire.

“Yes, please.” Dio confirmed, pressing a kiss to Jonathan’s blue hair. A mess as always, but it did frame his face beautifully.

Jonathan pulled away, thinking for a moment. He should be leaving quickly if he wanted to get to the market and be back in time to open the restaurant, before he remembered.

“Is Giorno awake yet?”

“No, the boy was out with his friends last night, let him sleep in.” Dio made a motion with his hand. “At least until the diner opens.”

“Alright, then.” Jonathan nodded, deciding to head to the door to go fetch that dress. He had a scarf hanging from the front door which he always wore to cover up the garish scar on his neck. Dio had no problem showing off the scar on his neck, but Jonathan on the other hand felt… ashamed of it.

Giorno carefully brushed his blond hair in the mirror, preparing to plait it. The hair atop his head often fell into beautiful gold curls thanks to the curlers he liked to wear - Padre had gotten them for him after his hair turned blond just a couple years ago. He did like the look.

He was wearing a nice white button-down shirt, long sleeves, cuffs and all - a black vest, black formal pants, and… rollerskates. He liked to get around the restaurant quickly, and he’d gotten quite proficient with rollerskates - Papa liked to go rollerblading on the occasion and he’d learned how to do the same.

He put the comb down and summoned Golden Experience behind him to help carry him down the stairs, thanks to his rollerskates. Giorno swore to god he was going to slide down the banister with those one day and grind rails. Not now, though.

“Muda?” Golden Experience placed Giorno down at the bottom of the stairs, briefly fixing one of his curls before disappearing. Giorno nodded and adjusted the bowtie he had on. He was the front line that all the customers talked to first and the face of the restaurant - The Vampire and the Ripple. He needed to be neat.

Papa had only just come back from the market, and he was just beginning to fill the pitcher with iced water for Giorno. And Giorno skated over to the window to see him.

“Giorno, dear.” Papa smiled, passing the pitcher over. “We are opening in 2 minutes, you understand?”

“I’m ready.” Giorno nodded, before suddenly remembering. Ah. “Did you light the candles yet?”

“Oh, dear, you’re right.” Papa remembered. He usually used his Hamon power to spread fire carefully through each candle wick, but-

“Throw me the box of matches, me and Golden Experience can do it.” Giorno offered with a small smile.

“I-I don’t know if you’re old enough to be using matches.” Papa reached down, holding the closed box of matches, a small cringe having formed on his face. Until a larger figure came from behind him. Padre.

“Giorno.” Padre leaned down, now wearing his chef hat adorned with a green heart. His blond curls were spilling out of that hat… Papa leaned aside. “I believe in you to use those matches!”

“Are you sure, Dio?” Papa looked up, being met with a nod. And so Papa handed those matches over.

Giorno nodded, feeling great importance in his soul. He would be opening the restaurant doors too, once this was done. Golden Experience materialized behind him as he lit the match and began to slide past each table, being sure to catch each candle wick as he did so. What grace! Golden Experience was sure to stop anything with the water pitcher he was holding in case he… set anything aflame.

And with great skill, he had managed to light each candle. Giorno grinned as he held the match between his fingers, holding it for a bit longer as he pushed open the twin restaurant doors. And the match then became a butterfly, and it flew out to the great beyond.

Giorno grinned with his work, and Golden Experience faded in a ripple behind him. He could hear his Papa clapping from behind him.

He slid back to the window seeing as no one was in the restaurant yet, glancing in to see Papa setting out some plates for Padre. Padre was poised in front of his workstation, everything fully stocked and ready to be cooked, some meat already on the grill… And then Papa rushed back.

“Do we have an order already?” Papa’s eyes were wide.

“N-no, I was just thinking about that cocktail you make that everyone raves about.” Giorno pondered aloud. “The Cranberry Duke, I think?”

“I mix it with Hamon.” Papa nodded.

Papa didn’t have a Stand, but he did know that thing called Hamon , or the Ripple. It was kind of a strange… life energy catch-all power. Giorno didn’t particularly understand. Although most non-Stand users couldn’t see the stands of Stand users, Papa was an exception. He could see faint wavy outlines and glimpses of shadows and could throw together a quick sketch of both Padre’s and his son’s stand if prompted.

“Does it make it that much better than regular mixing?” Giorno asked, wondering just how different it was…

“It gives it a kick.” Papa explained, until Giorno’s eyes were caught by some people entering the restaurant. He decided to skate over to see if he could help the people.

The two people who had just entered the restaurant were-- two teenagers. One was wearing a vest and some high waisted jeans, a weird x scarring on his face, and the other with a meticulous pompadour without a single hair out of place. He was wearing a jacket covered in all sorts of symbols, as well as several golden chains with peace symbols on the end. And Giorno skated up to them.

“Good day! Welcome to the Vampire and The Ripple!” Giorno greeted, bowing and holding out menus to the two guests.

“We should’ve gone to Tonio’s.” Josuke murmured as he took a menu.

“We can’t always go to Tonio’s.” Okuyasu nudged him, Giorno skating back over to the window to grab the pitcher. Papa was idling, ready to make something, although he wasn’t especially focused. Too busy watching Padre.

And Giorno skated right back over, pouring some water into the glasses. He bowed and gave a faint smile. “I’ll take your order once you’re ready.” And off he skated once again, wondering if those two were of age to order any cocktails. He loved watching Papa work his magic mixing drinks…

A second person entered the restaurant, and a third. Giorno briefly twisted his blond plait around his finger before going to skate across the floor to greet them with menus in hand.

--

“Oh, Dio, Dio…” Jonathan paced back and forth in the hallway. Another negative review of the restaurant had appeared on Yelp. Giorno had gone out for the night - rollerblading once again to visit his buds, which did leave for the perfect opport- Nope, this was more important.

Atmosphere is nice, rollerblading 19 year old waiter was a bit annoying. Steak was slightly overdone and the fries were soggy. Overpriced and the chef kept yelling “The World” over and over in the kitchen. 3/10

twink ass waiter bad food 1/10

my drink hurt but it was kinda cool i guess also the chef kept yelling ‘hinjaku hinjaku’ 4/10

Things had piled up recently...

Jonathan continued to pace, opening the door to the master bedroom. “Dio- oh.”

And Dio was laying sprawled on the bed, wearing his favourite lacy lingerie. White lace. His pectorals filled out the bra cups beautifully and his erection was clearly visible, pulling the fabric away from his crotch. He stared up at Jonathan, twirling some of his blond curls around his finger.

“JoJo~” Dio purred, making a beckoning notion. “I’ve been thinking about this all day.”

Jonathan went to sit down, showing the review to Dio, completely ignoring his advances. The latest one. Hinjaku hinjaku. “We got another negative review, Dio…”

“Eh?” Dio made a noise, raising an eyebrow. “How dare they leave a negative review because of I, Dio’s cries…”

Jonathan made a concerned noise, his brows furrowed. He completely ignored Dio now beginning to walk his fingers up his spine.

“I’m too stressed out, Dio.” Jonathan exhaled, leaning over the side of the bed.

“Ho? Are you?” Dio had a slow vampiric grin sliding onto his face. Jonathan’s eyes rose to see a faint waving in the air, a ghostlike figure in front of him. Yellow and muscular, the face of The World staring back at him.

BRING FORTH THE WORLD!

Jonathan could not perceive frozen time.

So in the blink of an eye, he was suddenly naked against the bed, and an orgasm had suddenly ripped through his body. Dio in front of him, cooing lovingly.

“Six minutes is my current limit.” Dio’s vampiric grin was still present, standing up. “They say masturbating is a good way to destress, sex would be too, wouldn’t it?”
