   I'm laughing so hard at the description. What to do when you break into your friend's house and he tries to kill you with a knife: the kind of problems Joseph Bell has to solve on a daily basis :D Although Doyle has it worse. What to do when your friend breaks into your house and you try to kill him with a knife?

      And I'm laughing so hard at your comment.. "the kind of problems Joseph Bell has to solve on a daily basis" hahaha, well, it's his own fault as we know. He just can't impress like a normal human. :D
      Luckily Doyle is too busy being glad he wasn't strangled and appreciating the food to think too closely about what might have happened were the Doctor not quite so swift with his self-defense (poor Doyle, he has enough feeling of guilt already. :( )
