“You’ll never be able to be a hero, let alone be the real all might.” Bakugou would tell Midoriya consistently. Ever since they were kids, they kinned All Might. Bakugou wanted to murder all doubles except the Original™ All Might. Midoriya just wants to have fun with his best buddy and non-gal-pal, Kacchan, but he just has shit taste in friends.
The final straw was pulled out when Bakugou told him that his hair was broccoli, his brain was broccoli, and All Mights least-favorite food was broccoli. Midoriya ran from him in tears, leaving behind two flowing rivers. His hair was not broccoli, and nor was anything else about him. He loves his mom, but he can’t be broccoli. No one likes broccoli afterall.
The next day, Midoriya came into the classroom and walked to Kacchan’s desk, slamming his hands down. His hair was straightened and dyed black, covering one of his eyes. His nails? Black. His shoes? Black. His soul? Black.
“Look, Kacchan, I’m goth now.”
