Work Text:
Blood is so bloody and bloody is so me.
Nothing is worth my time and therefore I, in return, am worth time to nothing.
But time is nothing! There is no such thing, and so I exist in the same instant forever and ever and ever but then my existing stops and I am no longer part of this world.
Time? Time is still nothing. A useless mechanism created to bear with the complexity of the never ending instant where everything and nothing happens.
Everything comes from nothing, and therefore nothing happens because when everything has happened, it will return to nothing and so it will be as though everything did not happen. Thus, this endless instant will continue until everything has happened and we return to nothing.
My "life," was only a single occasion and now I am nothing. I will exist for the rest of the endless instant, and beyond as I am nothing and will be one with nothing when everything has happened.
Nothing is worth time because everything starts from nothing and ends in nothing.
I am worth nothing, as I am, without a doubt, nothing! I exist as the very fabric of nothingness.
I had all the "time" I needed to sort out this world. After all, without the trivial measure called "time," this existence is only an instant.
I still remember Amane's face perfectly, the face he made when he killed me.
I love Amane.
Love, what a stupid concept. Just as worthless as time.
Love...?
I believe I did- I believe I do, still love Amane.
Amane showed me what it is to be worth nothing, it's incredible. He joined me in nothingness, though it's been years since we were last together.
I... I "miss" Amane.
I wish to see that face again, the hot tears in his eyes burning my cooling cheeks.
I wish to see him let go.
I'm proud of Amane.
He showed me what it is to be nothing, and I proved that nothingness keeps us awake, even after our physical being has been erased.
Blood is so bloody and bloody is so me.
I wish to feel that moment again, that intense pride when Amane stopped holding back, when he buried his knife into my flesh.
I wish for him to understand that what he did was for the best.
I have become nothing, and so has he.
I no longer have blood flowing through me, but blood, I love blood.
Hot, sticky, rich crimson... the thing that makes us "alive."
So pretty...
Amane's blood was the prettiest.
Ah, no, mine was.
Nothing was more satisfying than that moment. After all those years of my drawing his blood, he finally drew mine.
My blood was the most beautiful, draining out of me and dying his hands and clothes. I, nothing, becoming one with my true form, nothing.
I love Amane.
Right?
I... I care that he understands why I did what I did, why I "hurt" him. I was helping him, helping him understand the truth. "Death" is nothing, it is the act of being returned the nothingness from which everything is born from. Blood keeps us "alive," but being "alive" is only the everything that happens in the endless instant.
Blood, blood, bloody blood...
Blood is all that reminds us of "living."
I love Amane.
I just wanted him to see the truth...
Why does he look at me in this way? He too, is nothing. Did he forget me?
"Are you happy to see me?" I reach for his cheek, caressing it softly in the way he used to find "affectionate."
He gives me that face again, that gorgeous face. It gives me an almost orgasmic level of thrill, to see that face. He has finally understood the truth I tried to teach him when we were "alive!"
In death, we are both nothing, therefore we "exist" forever within the fabric of nothingness itself.
I love Amane, and no matter if he has "killed" me, for we will forever be together in the immeasurable essence of nothing.
That smile... why is he smiling?
Amane could not understand.
His brother lays motionless on the ground, pinned beneath him, a messy wound spilling oceans of glossy scarlet.
Tsukasa's smile almost suggested that through his death, he had accomplished something...
