12:56 a.m.
The clock stated.
It was just one of those nights.
You didn't know why you were awake at this hour, but you did know that you weren't getting any sleep soon.
Picking up your phone from your table just beside your bed, you decided to take a look at whoever might also be awake at this hour and maybe start a conversation. Although that would probably not be a possibility. There are classes tomorrow and the class of 1-A knew that their homeroom teacher did not approve of tardiness.

Ashido Mina - Offline
Hagakure Toru - Offline
You honestly didn't think anyone else would be awake but you had nothing else to do. Heck, you were okay with starting a conversation with Bakugou!
You kept scrolling until you saw someone's icon with a green dot.
Todoroki Shouto - Online
You weren't really close with the boys, aside from Midoriya and Iida. You weren't that close with Class 1-A's heartthrob. You felt like he had enough girls that crowded around him and you didn't wanted to seem like one of those people who wanted to befriend him for his looks or his relationship to the number 2 hero, but you decided to give it a try anyway.
Surprisingly, Todoroki messaged you first.
Todoroki Shouto: (L/N)-san, Why are you awake at this time?
You: I would ask you the same thing Todoroki-san. We have to go to school tomorrow, and Aizawa-sensei hates tardiness.
Todoroki Shouto: I can't seem to go to sleep. How about you?
You: Same here. I can't go to sleep.
Todoroki Shouto: Well, would you like to talk for the meantime?
You: Sure.
Todoroki Shouto: How are you (L/N)-san?
You smile.
You: I'm doing good. My uncle just got out of the hospital.
Todoroki Shouto: What happened to him? If you don't mind me asking?
You: He got in a bad car accident. He broke multiple bones so he had to stay in the hospital for quite a while. How about you Todoroki-san. How are you?
At first, Todoroki didn't know how to answer. Most girls he had talked to talked about themselves, wanting to impress the bi-colored hair male. Is this what it felt like to have a meaningful conversation with someone? Todoroki thought.
Their conversation continued until 2 in the morning. Both of them starting to fall asleep but neither of them wanting to stop the conversation. Before this night, the two knew nothing of each other but their names. After two hours, the two seem like best of friends.
As the clock ticked by, (Y/N) was getting closer and closer to falling asleep but as of now, she didn't want to go to sleep. But alas, once her eyes closed, she was swept into slumber. Todoroki, meanwhile, kept the conversation going. Unknown to him, the girl had fallen asleep.
Todoroki Shouto: I honestly wouldn't know what I would do if the world was ending.
2 minutes have passed. From Todoroki's perspective, (Y/N) had seen his message but didn't reply back.
Todoroki Shouto: (L/N)-san?
almost 5 minutes have passed and she still hasn't replied back. Todoroki finally realized that she had fallen asleep and decided to go to sleep now too.
Todoroki Shouto: Good Night. Sweet Dreams.
