Summary:

The "Dekusquad" is a tight-knit group of mostly florists who attend their local university as various majors. Friends since their second year in high school, the dekusquad lives together in a run-down but cheap apartment complex. With stable jobs, great relationships, and solid grades, you would think these friends were living a relatively well life, and they are. The simple downside; their neighbors are terrible.

The "Bakusquad" is almost exactly like the dekusquad; they're best friends from high school who decided to move into together once they were all accepted to the local university. They, as well, live in a cheap but old apartment complex. The bakusquad is a band, one that is slowly but surely climbing the rankings. What makes them different from the dekusquad? They're the annoying neighbors.

After a particularly peaceful morning is ruined by the bakusquad's usual loud noises, the dekusquad decides to put their feet down and send in their coldest member, Shoto Todoroki, who accepts the offer. However, when Shoto goes to confront his neighbors, he is met with the familiar face of Hanta Sero.
