So, yeah. This is happening. I’m writing fanfiction for a hentai now.
I know that sounds absurd, but this is something that’s really important to me. I’ve had this story in me for a while now, and I needed to get it out. So here it is.
For those unaware, this is a fanfiction for ShindoL’s manga Emergence/Metamorphosis/Henshin/177013. Yeah, titles are fun. If you’re interested, you should be able to find it on various sites, but I’ll warn you now that it is extremely NSFW and not something that I’d recommend anyone go into blindly. It’s a good story, and a powerful read, which is why I wanted to pay it tribute because it really did move me on a deep level. But be careful and know what you’re getting into.
However, this fanfic will be entirely SFW, and I’ve written it so that it can be enjoyed on its own, without any knowledge or experience with the source material being necessary. But for those who want to follow along with the story from Saki’s point of view as well, I’ve also included notes with each chapter as to which chapters and pages they correspond to in the manga. But don’t worry, thing will diverge. I promise you that.
And, lastly, a word of warning, because I said that I wouldn’t want people to go in blind: this story is going to deal with some serious subject matter, including depression, prostitution, sexual violence, suicide, substance abuse, and domestic and child abuse. The manga covers a lot of these as well, in more graphic detail than I will here. If you’re sensitive to any of those, this may not be the story for you.
