Sara glared at Midori as he pressed the gun against her head. "You want to save Keiji don't you? Well, it's either you or him...who's it gonna be?" A smirk came across the green haired man's face. Sara thought about it for a second and then nodded "I'll die to save him." Midori smiles "Good, Good. See you on the flipside, Miss Sara!" That was the last thing Sara Chidouin would ever hear.
Or so she thought, Sara quickly jolted up out of bed, breathing heavily, her bed was covered in sweat. "H-Huh?! What happened?!" She said out loud, was this the afterlife? No...she concluded after a few moments. This is...my bed room...A sigh of relief escaped her before she got out of bed, she was still trembling like crazy. It had all felt so real. She was certain it was but now she back home...as she cautiously walked through the hallway, she glanced at the clock 4:36 AM it read. "Mom and Dad are still asleep...Tommorow...I..." Sara remembered Joe. "Joe! Ryoko!" She yelled "Are they okay?" She was panicking again. What if it hadn't been a dream? Her friends could be dead!
She felt like she was going to vomit, she rushed to the bathroom as quick as she could and threw up. "Ugh..." she collapsed in the floor, she couldn't handle it...she should've been relieved, she was home, she assumed everyone was okay but for some reason it didn't feel that way...she struggled to get herself up off the floor. "In the morning...Joe and Ryoko will show up to walk to school...and everything will be okay...everything will be okay..." she fell asleep on the bathroom floor.
"Sara! Sara!" She heard a voice calling for her, she opened her eyes to see her dad standing in front of her. "Dad!" She perked up and hugged him "What are you doing on the floor in the bathroom Sara?! You didn't pass out did you?" Sara thought for a moment "I don't know dad... I don't know..." Her dad put his hand on her forehead "you're burning up Sara! Let me help you get to your bed, you can't go to school today." He helped her up and walked her down the hall into her bedroom and helped her into bed. "I'll get your mom to call the school before she goes to work and I'll tell your two friends that you're sick."
Sara's eyes widen at the mention of Joe and Ryoko "They are okay...?" She asked her dad, weakly "Hm? I assume so...why wouldn't they be?" He asked her. Sara shrugged and closed her eyes. She felt somewhat better now.
