Work Text:

That day, Touya’s shift ended sooner than Keigo’s. More precisely, Rumi declared that he looked like shit, so he had to go home – with which Mr. Kan agreed as well. He couldn’t help it – that day was the day when they would get the letter about whether Shouto was accepted to U.A. college or not! It was understandable that he couldn’t sleep last night! Touya shifted on their couch when he heard the front door opening then closing.

”Babe, I’m home!” Keigo announced just the moment Touya felt the scent of rose petals. When he came home, Keigo always smelled like rose petals.

”Living room!” Touya yelled back and within seconds, he saw Keigo’s head peeking in the room.

”Inko-san cooked us lunch,” the blonde said, lifting up a plastic bag. ”You hungry?”

”Sleepy,” Touya said, then lay down on his back from his sitting position. He closed his eyes with a sigh, then reopened one of them and looked at Keigo in the door. ”Cuddles,” he ordered and Keigo chuckled.

”One minute. Let me put this in the fridge,” he asked, then left towards the direction of the kitchen.

Touya closed his eyes once again, trying to fall asleep immediately. Only a few seconds had passed when he felt himself being lifted up. Keigo sat, then lay down to the couch with him in his arms, then turned him around, so Touya was lying on his chest. Keigo wrapped his arms around his boyfriend, nuzzling his nose into his red locks.

The redhead could hear the blonde’s heartbeat, which worked just as fast and efficiently as a lullaby.
