Another murder has been reported in Gangnam district of Seoul
This time the victim was stabbed and had his eyes gouged out. However like the previous murders this time the murderer has again left a flower beside the victims body. More research ...
The tv is switched off by a man in a police uniform . He turns towards the person who had his eyes fixed upon him.

"U see this mr Kim . This is the ninth murder that has taken place within the past 2 months."
Mr Kim:" yes I m aware of these murders but isn't it ur job to find the person behind it ,Mr shin?"
Shin: "well mr Kim , being the head of the seoul police department , i m grieved to say that our officers are unable to find the murderer or worse not even a minor clue tht could lead us to him. It seems tht the murders were so well planned tht the killer didnot leave any trace behind ."
Mr Kim :" please go straight to the point Mr shin."
Shin:" in less than 2 months ,9 murders have already been done but we r unable to get any heads up .The man is still out there
roaming around freely . This has caused terror in Seoul and people are losing confidence in the police . Our last option is u mr Kim . Ur agency has never failed to solve a case no matter how bizzare or strange it was ."
Kim:"so u want us to take the case?"
Shin : "unfortunately yes since we r already at a dead end."
Mr shin stopped speaking waiting fr Kim's answer . However he had his eyes closed as if he was thinking abt something. A min had passed whn the strange silence was broken by mr kim.
"Well thn Mr shin...
Mr shin noted his strange smile which shouted his enthusiasm and excitement regarding the case
..... Send me the files and all the info u have gathered till now . I m sure my men will be able to do the rest of the job."
