Shirayuki is a girl with extremely rare red hair. Her whole entire life was spent in the kingdom of Ellingston as the heir to the throne.
Everyone sees the king and queen as kind, loyal, and fair, but that is just on the outside. Inside the castle, they are cold, manipulative, and cunning. Shirayuki would know because they used mental abuse and manipulation to make her become a perfect doll they can control. She had two younger siblings but they were banned from ever socializing with her making Shirayuki feel isolated.
As this happened she still had faith while most would not and continued to strive forward. As she grew up, she learned archery, swords art, etiquette, and more.
Her personal maid introduced her to herbs when she was only 10 and she grew interested in it. The queen and king didn't like that though. After the day they found out, a new personal maid came and Shirayuki never found out what happened to the previous one.
Eventually on Shirayuki's 16th birthday, she had enough. While everyone partied in the ballroom, she grabbed everything she thought she needed and noticed her long red hair in the mirror. She took the pony tail and grabbed scissors before cutting off the hair. She left the cut hair on the vanity before sneaking out of the palace grounds.
She was running away. She ran for a few weeks knowing that the queen and king were looking for her. Eventually she arrived in Clarines's capital. She rented out an apartment and went to apply for the school that happened to be near. Many gave her looks of astonishment along the way because of her hair but she disregarded them. She was able to enroll herself and the first day of school starts tomorrow. Will she be ready?
