Those words. Those cursed words. "Uno mas?" Akarui asked, lifting up a finger and smiling ever so slightly. Jotaro's head was fuzzy. He held his empty glass as he stared back at her. Akarui had earlier asked about his drinking habits and found out he'd never had vodka, her drink of choice. She took this as an opportunity to pop his vodka cherry. Upon his first taste, he had been turned off by it's somewhat nail-polish-remover-like taste. She had informed him that it tasted better with fruit juice and pulled out a can of pineapple slices. They had split said slices and ever since had been taking shots of vodka with pineapple juice as a chaser. Jotaro was beginning to regret the decision to drink with Akarui. She wasn't showing any sign of slowing down. Once they finished a drink, she would turn to him and once again ask, "uno mas?", to which he would dumbly agree every time. It was frustrating because he could definitely feel himself getting drunker. His face was hot and moving seemed like a chore. His head was swimming and he could barely focus his eyes. Akarui, on the other hand, seemed to be just fine no matter how much liquor she put in her body. Her expression remained unchanged and her movements were as coordinated as ever. Vodka was what she drunk most of the time, but he hadn't realized her tolerance was this high.
Akarui's grey eyes scanned his pale blue ones. Jotaro sighed deeply before grunting out a, "sure". She nodded and poured them another round of drinks. They each picked up their glasses containing vodka. "Ok, three..two..one!" Akarui counted down before downing her shot. Each of them moved quickly, but Akarui managed to slam down her second glass before Jotaro. She hummed in satisfaction and looked up into the night sky. The stars winked back at her. The moon was so bright. It was on a night like this that she had found herself waking up in the Kujo residence, hours after Jotaro had removed her flesh bud. She glanced over towards the delinquent. His head was tilted down enough that the brim of his hat covered his eyes. She could see his flushed cheeks and the way he swayed slightly in his spot. Akarui reached over and tugged on his sleeve to get his attention. He looked down at her. Her expression was as normally colored and serious as ever. Damn her. "Kujo-senpai, there's something I want to tell you." She told him. He stared back at her for a moment before slowly blinking. "If you're about to tell me you love me, the answer is no." He managed to mumble out. Akarui made a face. "Ew, no. I was going to tell you that,.." she glanced around to make sure none of their traveling companions were nearby, "..that I actually sort of, kinda, maybe like Polnaref back." She admitted. Jotaro knit his brows in confusion. "Why the hell are you telling me this?" He asked. Akarui shrugged. "You're the only one I trust not to say shit, and besides, you're probably too drunk to remember this in the morning." She explained. Jotaro gave her a nod of understanding and looked at the glasses sitting on the ground in front of them.
"What about you?" She asked suddenly. Jotaro looked back over at her and rose a brow. "What about me?" He asked. She poked his arm. "Boke, do you like anyone?" She clarified. Jotaro's face suddenly flushed and he looked away. A sly smile slid onto Akarui's lips. She leaned over to get a look at his turned away face. "So, you do? Who is it?" She pressed. Jotaro did not answer and tugged the brim of his hat down. Akarui stuck her hand out in front of him, pinky extended. "Look, I promise I won't say shit. If I breathe a word of this, I give your full permission to 'ora ora' me to death." She told him. The delinquent studied her hand as he slowly processed what she had said. After careful consideration, he lifted his own hand and hooked his pinky onto hers. Akarui smiled and sat back, like a child waiting for a story. Jotaro refused to look at her. He could feel his face getting hotter. "...it's..Kakyoin..." He finally muttered out. Akarui chuckled. He looked over at her, confused. "Sorry, sorry, I just had a feeling is all." She explained. She tucked her legs up to her chest and rested her chin on her knees. "Hey, you two are sharing a room this time, right?" She asked. Jotaro hummed in confirmation. "Cool."
Jotaro watched curiously as Akarui hurriedly packed all of their drinking equipment into her backpack. She slung the pack over her shoulder before grabbing his arm and yanking him to his feet. Before he knew what was happening, Jotaro found himself being shoved from behind into the hotel and up the stairs. "What the hell do you think you're doing?" He growled. "Starting your love life." Akarui answered simply. Once they made it outside of the room, Jotaro felt like his legs were going to give out. The short girl managed to keep his heavy ass standing on his own two feet. She pushed his gakuran aside and pulled his wallet out of his back pocket. "Hey, watch it back there-!" Jotaro hissed. Akarui pulled out the keys to the room from his wallet and opened the door. She flipped on the light and shoved Jotaro in, placing his wallet and the keys in his hand. "JOTARO'S BACK!" She called out. With that, she gave Jotaro a wink and shut the door behind her. Damn that Satoshi Akarui. If Jotaro remembered any of this come morning time, he'd be sure to kick her ass. "Jotaro, what the hell was that all about?" Kakyoin's voice asked from further into the room. Looking over, Jotaro saw him sitting up in bed, in his infamous pajamas, rubbing his eye. His eyes fell to the bit of chest those striped pajamas left exposed. Jotaro felt his heart beat pick. His already warm face seemed to rise in temperature again. He looked away. "I'm fine. Going to sleep." He answered, taking care not to let his words slur together. Kakyoin eyed him. Jotaro moved towards the bed, stumbling something awful. Kakyoin jumped out of bed and rushed over to help Jotaro stand properly. The smell of alcohol filled his nostrils. He walked the clearly intoxicated delinquent over to his own bed and sat him down on the side, where he joined him.
"Jotaro, are you alright?" Kakyoin asked, looking his friend over with concern in his eyes. "I'm fine." Jotaro repeated. Kakyoin leaned over to look him in the face. Jotaro turned his head more to hide it from him. "Then why won't you look at me?", Kakyoin asked, "Are you upset with me? Was it something I did? Something I said?" He watched Jotaro for any signs that might indicate if he was right or wrong. "I'm not upset with you." Jotaro mumbled back. "Then what is it? Why won't you look at me?" The red-head pressed as he grabbed onto Jotaro's sleeve. The taller boy suddenly turned to face him and cupped both sides of his face. Jotaro's eyes were somewhat unfocused, but just as intense as ever. His ice blue orbs stared straight into Kakyoin's lavender ones. The honor student found himself beginning to blush furiously at the sudden action and closeness. "I told Akarui I like you." Jotaro blurted out, the look in his eyes softening to that of attraction. Kakyoin's eyes widened. Jotaro...likes him? "So how about it, Kakyoin, do you feel the same way?" Jotaro asked, leaning in closer and looking at Kakyoin's lips. His hot breath warmed the red-head's face. They were so close. "I-I-I...don't you think we should discuss this when you're sober?" He asked, eyes darting to Jotaro's lips momentarily. Jotaro leaned in even closer, leaving their lips with barely a gap between them. "I won't be able to talk about this sober. You have to tell me now. Do you like me or not?" Jotaro pressed. The red-head burst into a blushing mess. "...maybe I do." He squeaked out. Jotaro smirked and clumsily closed the gap between him and Kakyoin. He immediately set to kissing the honor student feverishly. He dove in for kiss after kiss, though his mouth moved with little precision. The sloppy way he kissed was enough to leave the red-head in front of him a mess despite this. Kakyoin grasped onto Jotaro's gakuran. He should push him away, tell him to stop, to wait until tomorrow, but his lips were so soft and inviting.
Jotaro suddenly bit his lip and pulled. Kakyoin gasped at the action. Jotaro took that as an opportunity to shove his tongue into the red-head's mouth. Kakyoin moaned softly as Jotaro began to swirl his tongue. He could taste the sweet pineapple and vodka the delinquent had consumed earlier. He slid his arms around Jotaro's shoulders. The only sounds that filled the room was the sound of their wet, sloppy kisses and heavy breathing. The delinquent began to trail kisses and nibbles along Kakyoin's jawline and down his neck to the bit of chest exposed by his pajamas. Kakyoin moaned and placed his hands on Jotaro's shoulders. "J-Jotaro..not now! I'm not ready for that.." He admitted. Jotaro sat up again and looked down at him. The face he made could almost be read as a pout, but even in a drunken state, his expressions were minimal. He leaned in and placed another kiss to Kakyoin's lips. "I love you." He muttered, letting his head fall forward to rest on Kakyoin's shoulder, his hat tumbling off his head. The red-head smiled and patted Jotaro's back. "I love you too, drunkie."
