Chapter Text
Shen Yuan didn’t even had time to think about the fact that he died because of pure rage, because the situation in which he was now was far worse. Actually he had transmigrated into a fan fiction of PIDW(a shitty novel of over a few thousand chapters, which he had been reading till his very death), called ‘Proud Nephalem’s Way’. In this fic, the world was populated by Angels (powerful beings who fought for the Light and protected the Human Realm) and Demons ( greedy creatures who always wanted to create havoc and rule over the world - the classical dream of any villain).
The protagonist, Luo Binghe, was a nephalem, the son of a powerful angel and a Heavenly Demon. His mother, Su Xiyan, had died after she gave birth to him and his father, Tianlang-jun was sealed away, so he had to survive alone, as an orphan. A while later his angelic powers started to manifest, so he entered the Cang Qiong Mountain Sect to learn to control them and to fight. But, unfortunately, his teacher the Archangel called Shen Qingqiu was a cruel man who abused the protagonist and later pushed him into the Endless Abyss. Luo Binghe fought his way out, acquired the powerful sword Xin Mo and then came back to take revenge. After, he conquered all three realms as the strongest being ever and had a harem of hundred of beauties. Unfortunately, Shen Qingqiu had a fate worse than death. His wings were ripped off and his reputation was destroyed.( we shouldn’t forget to mention that the power of an angel was bound by his wings; if someone’s wings were ripped off, then their cultivation would crumble and they would have a slow and painful death).
Now, Shen Yuan had transmigrated into this Shen Qingqiu who was doomed to die. He was looking at himself in the mirror, at this new him. He was a tall man, with defined features, everything about himself seemed to be perfect, angelic, without a single speck of dust. He had big, strong wings, with milky white feathers which were unfolding behind him. How could such a beautiful being be so rotten inside? Probably for the plot. Yes. One hundred percent it was for the plot.
From what he inquired, there was still no Luo Binghe in the sect, which meant his old life could be spared. He was going to be the best teacher and embrace the protagonist’s tights.
At their first meeting, the original poured a cup of hot tea on the protagonist’s little wings, which of course hurt a lot because the wings are very sensitive, especially at children. After that, he beat the protagonist, didn’t teach him anything and let the other students bully him. Truly a perfect scum.
This time around, the Sect was opening its gates once again to accept new disciples. If he was correct, then this should had been the moment when Luo Binghe made his appearance. Looking at the children who were digging holes, Shen Qingqiu observed a certain boy. Even with his hair disheveled, his clothes full of dust and drops of sweat falling off his chin, this boy was radiating beauty, standing out among his peers. This must be him. This little perfect white sheep must be the protagonist. He went over there so he could observe better.
“Boy, what is your name?” Shen Qingqiu asked, not forgetting to cover half of his face with the fan. He really liked this habit of the original.
“This one is named Luo Binghe.” the child answered with a trembling voice, even though his gaze told a totally different story. The two black eyes were staring intensely at him, as if the boy wanted to dig holes into his skull.
Dismissing his worries, Shen Qingqiu turned to Yue Qingyuan.
“Zhangmen-shixiong, I want this boy.”
“If Qingqiu-shidi is sure...”
“I’m sure.” Shen Qingqiu answered without even waiting for Yue Qingyuan to finish his sentence.
“Alright.” he sighed.
This was how they reached this situation, being into the bamboo house and Luo Binghe kneeling on the ground.
“This disciple, Luo Binghe, pays his respects to Shizun.” the boy said.
Shen Qingqiu nodded and then took the cup of hot tea from the table. Suddenly Binghe stiffed and started to look at the cup. Why did Shen Qingqiu suddenly fell shivers down his spine even though he was drinking something hot? Anyway, because he was pondering about the next step he should take, he didn’t observe the murderous glare that flashed through the protagonist’s eyes. When he came back to reality, he called for Ming Fan(his head disciple) and told him to give new clothes and a cultivation manual to Binghe and then dismissed them. Shen Qingqiu looked at the protagonist’s small wings and at his cute face and tried to understand how to original could be so cruel to such an innocent child.
Ming Fan will surely give a false manual to Luo Binghe and then to boy will think this was his fault. It should be better if he would personally take care of his education. And this is how Shen Qingqiu decided to start training the little white sheep.
The next morning, Shen Qingqiu summoned Binghe and asked to show him his manual. Looking at all the wrong techniques there, he really became irritated. Ming Fan, that little shit, he truly liked to dig his own grave. He closed the book and frowned.
“This one is not good. This master will give you a new manual later. Now, what do you know to do? Have you learned how to fly?”
Binghe shook his head. “Answering Shizun, this disciple is incompetent and doesn’t know how to fly.”
“You are not incompetent. This master will teach you.”
‘Teach me? How? Push me off a cliff and hope maybe I learn how to fly before I die?’ Binghe thought. On his face there was a mocking expression, but Shen Qingqiu looked too absorbed in his thoughts to observe.
“This master will demonstrate to you and then correct your posture.”
His little white sheep just nodded in acknowledgment and so their first lesson started. Shen Qingqiu was not a bad teacher considering the fact that this was his first time when he explained something to anyone and Binghe was a gifted student, understanding very fast every move. They didn’t stop till night came. He really should not forget to bring tomorrow a new manual.
“This master expects you to be tomorrow here at the same hour.” His Shizun said and then turned to leave. Binghe just couldn’t stop from staring. If looks could kill, his poor Shizun would be dead one hundred times already.
‘Shen Qingqiu, Shen Qingqiu....what do you plan now? If you didn’t succeed to stop me in your first life, what makes you think you will manage to do so now? I will destroy you every single time, till you won’t be able to ever stand up again.’ Luo Binghe thought, as his lips curved into an evil grin.
Little theater- this chapter’s summary
SY.SQQ: OMG, the protagonist is the most cute little white sheep. I’m sure now that I’m so good to him he loves me very much.
LBH: Will anyone notice if I kill Shizun in his sleep? Or maybe I shall poison his food.
