A green-haired, harpy-like girl flew across the skies, trying to find her house as soon as possible.
Dang it, I wasted too much time training my Quirk with Shinsou-kun! Mom's gonna have some words with me when I get home!
However, once she looked down, she saw a disturbing sight: it was the legendary serial killer known as Stain, the Hero Killer, cornering who she could only assume was a Pro-Hero.
Only Pro-Heroes went out in weird costumes at night, right?
Regardless, Midoriya panicked once she saw the serial killer ready to strike at the Pro-Hero. In that moment, every fiber of her being told her to fly faster, try avoid getting involved in what would certainly be a bloodbath.
... But she dived down.
And once she got close enough, she released a sonic wave from her mouth, striking the Villain and stunning him as she grabbed the Pro-Hero with her talons and flew away.
And just in time too, since some police cars arrived at the scene soon after.
She liked it when luck was on her side.
"It's okay, sir! We're safe now!"
And she hated it when she got too caught up and blew it.
Judging by the man's dazed look, he was affected by her voice, so she quickly shook the tip of her tail, turning him back to normal.
"Uh? What happened?" he asked.
Everything's fine now, don't worry, she telepathically told him. I'm taking you to the hospital right now.
"So, wait," the man looked up. "You took down the Hero Killer?"
Not really, I just stunned him long enough to snatch you away. Oh hey, we're here!
The girl flew down to the ground and put the Pro-Hero near the entrance, knocking the door three times before running away.
"W-Wait!"
The girl stopped and faced the Pro-Hero.
"A-At least tell me... what's your name?"
The girl paused for a second, then smiled.
Sorry, but I wanna keep a low profile. Maybe next time.
And with that, she spread her wings and flew off, leaving the Pro-Hero behind as some doctors and nurses took him in.
"I'm home!"
The girl was glad her mother, Inko, was immune to her voice's amnesiac effect; she'd be really sad otherwise.
"About time you arrived!" the woman snapped as she bolted to her daughter's side. "How was training with Shinsou-kun?"
"It was great!" she chirped. "So great I actually lost track of time!"
"You say that like it was something new."
She giggled and scratched the back of her head as she walked and sat at the table, just in time for Inko to ask:
"So, did something happen on the way here?"
The girl remembered the Pro-Hero, smiled, and shook her head.
"Not really, no."
Kioku Midoriya! Quirk: Alkonost! Her voice makes anybody who hears it forget their most recent memory, and it can only be dispelled by rattling her tail! She can also fire sonic waves that do the same, and use telepathy!
