Okuyasu and his big brother, Keicho are one of the few messenger angels in heaven that have access to enter throughout heaven and hell to deliver letters. Okuyasu on the other hand was too little and naive to go deliver letters to hell, as his brother would say, so okuyasu only delivered letters throughout heaven until keicho believed he was old enough to go by himself.
Once the day came where keicho believed okuyasu had enough training, okuyasu received his first letter that he had to deliver in hell to a higher rank demon named Jotaro Kujo. As soon as okuyasu was about to head out to his destination, Keicho sat down with him and had a serious yet worried looked on his face.
“Okuyasu, I'll say this once again. Do not trust anyone of those foul demons, do you hear me! They will try to trick you in anyway if you do not have your guard up at all times.” Okuyasu started to feel a bit nervous but tried not to show it in front of keicho,”I know big bro, I’ll try to keep my distance from them and just deliver the letter okay..”
“You won’t ‘try’ you will keep your distance from those creatures!”, Keicho said in a demanding voice. “Okay big bro, I will.” okuyasu said in a serious yet nervous tone, keicho then looked at okuyasu straight in the eye and said “don’t mess this up and don't get lost.” After that keicho went back on with his other duties he had to take care of, and all that’s left was okuyasu and the letter.
Okuyasu didn’t feel nervous about going to hell, until that whole conversation with his brother happened and now he was wondering if what the other angels said was true about demons. About how demons will try to steal angels wings or how they will try to eat them and many more.
Okuyasu tried not to listen to those angels because he didn’t want to believe that demons would actually do that to someone, okuyasu wanted to believe that there are some demons out there that might have a good heart deep down. After okuyasu snapped out of his thoughts he was ready to go deliver the letter and see hell for the first time.
After some time of descending downwards, okuyasu took one step into hell and felt a shiver go down his spine, then he looked around and immediately forgot all his training he had done to prepare for this moment. Okuyasu felt a heavy weight on his shoulders like something was pushing him down even though he was by himself, and every step he took he felt like someone was watching his every move. Okuyasu subconscious bit his lip and held onto the letter like it was going to protect him somehow, “okay.. Just deliver this letter to someone named ‘Jotaro Kujo’ and keep my distance” okuyasu kept repeating this to himself over and over in his head so he wouldn’t forget and to distract himself.
Okuyasu walked for what felt like an eternity and then remembered that keicho gave him the map of hell, Okuyasu reached in his pocket for the map but found nothing but the letter. “No you can’t be serious?!” okuyasu said to himself as he pulled out his pockets hoping the map would magic appear but nothing came out. “I just had the map on me before big bro talked to me-..” Okuyasu then realized that he had accidentally left the map on the table when keicho had that conversation with him.
“God I'm so stupid! Big bro was right I wasn’t ready for this” Okuyasu sat down on one of the rocks and felt tears start to form.
Then a loud noise came from the bushes behind him which caused okuyasu to fall on the ground damaging one of his wings. Okuyasu hissed in pain trying to get up quickly to defend himself but someone was on top of him, once okuyasu opened his eyes, he saw blood red eyes staring back at him in a hungry manner.
“Hey there little angel~” the demon said grinning with a flirtatious tone, showing his sharp white teeth in the grin, causing okuyasu’s fight or flight instance to kick in. Okuyasu then knee the demon in his gut and quickly got up and was about to run away but saw the demon was holding the letter with his long sharp nails.
“Hey give that back! I need to deliver that letter to Jotaro Kujo!” okuyasu yelled at the demon. As the demon got up, okuyasu's eyes widened, the demon was taller than him with a large styled pompadour that had two very sharp dark red horns sticking out and the demon had no clothes on to cover his large muscular yet curvy pale body with black fur goat legs. Okuyasu felt his face heat up at the fact that the demon had no clothes on and that the demon was actually very handsome.
“A-anyway give me back my letter!” Okuyasu demanded, trying to act brave when in reality he was shaking a bit in fear, “woah calm down angel! I’m not going to hurt you, I just happened to overhear you saying you were lost” the demon said with his hands up showing okuyasu that he wasn’t going to hurt him. Okuyasu wasn’t buying it though and kept backing away from the demon with his hands in fits ready to fight at any moment “WAIT! THERE’S A CLIFF BEHIND YOU!!”
As soon as the demon said that, okuyasu tripped on a rock falling backwards into the cliff. Okuyasu tried to grab something in front of him but he couldn’t reach anything and then he tried to fly with his wings but one of his wings was injured badly enough that it couldn’t fly. When okuyasu was running out of all hope, he saw the demon jump towards him flying with his huge bat like wings with red horns at the end of them, once the demon got ahold of okuyasu he carried him in his arms and okuyasu held onto him tightly with his face pressed against the demons bare chest.
When the demon landed on the ground safely, okuyasu didn’t notice and was still holding onto the demon with his face buried in his chest. “Hey angel has much as I love the attention, your kind of breaking my ribs” okuyasu looked up at the demon with tears in his eyes then looked at the ground and quickly got off the demon “u-um sorry about that..” Okuyasu said as he was wiping the tears away, the demon smiled at okuyasu and okuyasu’s heart started to race but he wasn’t sure if it was because of the demon or the fact that he could have died today.
“T-thanks for saving me,” okuyasu said in a small voice that the demon almost couldn’t hear. “ Yeah of course, anyway I haven’t introduced myself yet. My name is Josuke” Josuke said with a smile that made okuyasu’s heart skip a beat. “My name is Okuyasu by the way, so you can stop with the ‘angel’ thing”.
