It was yet another tiring shooting day for the Untamed actors, but for Yibo it's not just another day. It's the day he planned to do something... Something that can change his relationship with his co-actor, his love at first sight.
"I never thought this day would even happen in my life." Yibo whispers to himself.
As soon as the shooting ended for the day, Yibo suddenly rushed to his co-actor, Xiao Zhan, who's already removing Wei Wuxian's clothes while walking.
"Zhan-ge! I--"

It all started in a very unexpected day.
"Goodmorning!" Yibo greets his co-hosts in Day Day Up as soon as he arrived. "Who's our guest for the day?" He asks curiously as he wasn't informed about the theme of today's shooting due to his very busy schedule.
"Oh our guests for the day is an idol group. I'm really excited as they are rising stars in the entertainment today." Zhangwei answers.
Yibo was slightly shocked as they never had guests that many in one episode.
Shooting started and Yibo can't explain why his eyes were just glued to someone whose wearing a cute shade of pink clothes.
In the middle of the shooting, it was Xiao Zhan's turn to introduce himself. And let's just say he introduced himself in a very cute manner.
Yibo actually hated acting cute, but for some reason a smile came to his face when he saw the cuteness Xiao Zhan radiates. He even tried to copy his cute introduction that made his co-hosts look at him questioningly.
After the first cut of this episode, they had a little break. Yibo is not that good in interacting with strangers but somehow a little voice is whispering for him to have a small talk with this pink guy. But his shyness just stops him.
Zhangwei saw thru Yibo's eyes how much he wanted to approach Xiao Zhan. "Yibo I saw how you tried to copy his way of introducing himself awhile ago. Now your eyes are just glued to him. You can literally dig a whole in his head. Why don't you ask for his number?"
Yibo's eyes suddenly sparkled with hope but almost immediately dropped. "I don't have the courage to do so."
Zhangwei just sighs and the next thing we know the shooting already ended with Yibo losing his chance to get to know this pink guy.
Before, Yibo actually hated this guy's clothes just because of it's color, pink. But now, as cheesy as it may sound and very not Wang Yibo, Pink became his definition of love. Love at first sight? Yes.
A year passed and Yibo just spent this whole year trying to send something to this number Zhangwei gave him, Xiao Zhan's number. Zhangwei managed to ask for Xiao Zhan's number way back in the shooting of that Day Day Up episode. But to no avail, he can't come up with an excuse to send something to this number.
His eyes are glued to his phone when it suddenly rings. He immediately answered seeing that it was his manager.
"Wang Yibo are you interested in auditioning for a historical drama?" His manager immediately asks him.
"Uhm what historical drama? I want to act yes but may I know some background about it?" Yibo answers.
"Oh yes, yes I'll send you some informations about it. By the way it's a bromance historical drama, not that you cared about that anyways. I know you're part of that community, that's why I asked you if you're interested."
"Really? But how about the restrictions of that genre?" Yibo asked quite unbelieving that a series will go thru that law.
"Well, just go thru the informations I'll send you. I know you have lots of questions about it and I need to hurry now." His manager ended the call almost immediately.
Later that day, the script for the auditioning was sent to him.
"WAIT WHAT???" Yibo shouted while looking at the chosen lead actor which could be his partner if he could pass the auditions. It was none other than his love at first sight, the very person who painted his heart pink, Xiao Zhan.
Almost immediately, Yibo called his manager and told him that he would audition and get that role. Even though he was very busy on the chosen auditioning day, he did his best to finish all of it and he even had to take a flight just so he can arrive fast.
True to his words, Yibo got Lan Wangji's role.

The first day of shooting of The Untamed finally came. Even though Yibo is very accustomed to this environment, his heart won't just stop pounding the moment he saw Xiao Zhan. He stared. Stared until he saw all of the features of Xiao Zhan's handsome face. "I love that mole, oh how I love to kiss it." He thought.
Now, he won't let the day pass not talking to him. He mustered the courage to introduce himself.
"Hi" Yibo finally said.
"Hello! God I thought you would never talk to me." Xiao Zhan answered with a very beautiful smile.
Yibo got confused with Xiao Zhan's answer and almost immediately asked why.
"Oh awhile ago, I was waving my hand at you but you're just staring at me so I don't know if you want me to approach you or not." Xiao Zhan laughed a little.
Yibo got flustered "I'm sorry it was just-- uhm-- sorry I don't have any excuse about that"
"No no no it's okay. I know you don't like talking to people that much and that also applies to me." Xiao Zhan answered.
"Hey no! That's not it! You're getting it wrong!" Yibo panicked answered.
Xiao Zhan got relieved with Yibo's answer and just like that slowly they get to know each other.
Yibo was very happy every single shooting day but he just can't express it the way he wants to. His heart of pink shade just wouldn't let him. Everytime Xiao Zhan laughed, his heart would also laugh making it beat a hundred times more. Everytime his eyes would meet Xiao Zhan's beautiful one's, he would go real soft. Everytime he would hear Xiao Zhan's cute voice calling him didi, he jut couldn't help but to call him his 'baobao'. This pink heart of his makes his role as Lan Wangji so hard to execute. He really can't hide his emotions that well as much as Lan Wangji could. But he somehow managed to by... Hitting and annoying Xiao Zhan every single time his heart can't take it anymore.

Xiao Zhan stopped dead on his tracks, quite shocked with the younger's words. "Huh?"
"I said... I want to take you on a hotpot date. Yesterday you told me you are craving for one... So I-- I made my personal bodyguard reserve us seats." Yibo shyly answered.
Yibo had planned this all night. He would tell Xiao Zhan about his feelings. He will use all the remaining shooting days to court him. "Well, that is if he allow me to. God help me please give me luck, I beg you" he thought to himself.
The time finally came.
