Why might you ask? Because Izuku and Mikumo are the same person of course.

Izuku was in a bad financial position, ended up associating with the Broker known as Grian, and gradually created a new life where he can exteriorize his frustration from his real one.

As Mikumo Akatani he is finally free from the shackles put on him by the superhuman society but what happens when the two lives end up colliding with each other?

“So All Might, when are you going to give me One For All?” Izuku asked, panting out of exhaustion from running after All Might's electric balance scooter.

“I intended to give it to you when you were done cleaning the beach but considering that you were surprisingly fit for a teenager I'll pass it on at the six month mark.” The Symbol of Peace commented idly, not even bothering to turn his head to look at the still running teenager from his right.

Izuku lost his concentration to remember the date. “So I'll have the Quirk in two weeks?” And so Izuku tripped and met with the concrete letting out a loud OW.

All Might finally stopped, stepped down from his scooter, and headed towards Izuku. “Come on young man, we are not here to be slacking, there are still three miles to be run.” He scolded like it was oblivious to Izuku's circumstances.

“Could you stop with the Military behavior? You said it yourself that this training is hard on its own, I don't need to hear someone scream like a general in my year.” Izuku snapped before realizing how impolite he was. “Sorry All Might, I'm groggy when I'm tired.”

After a moment a silence All Might let out a chuckle. “No, you are right young Midoriya, it took me two years to train for One For All and you're doing it perhaps record time since the creation of the Quirk, I think I was emulating my teacher in hopes that I'll compensate for my lack of teaching experience.

“Wow, Nana Shimura was this strict? From what I gathered she seemed pretty chill.” Izuku got up and started brushing off the dirt from his pants.

“No, I've had a second teacher, his Hero name is Gran Torino. But how do you know about Nana? I've never told you about her.”

“Hero nerd, remember? It didn't take me long to dig up through your early times as a hero and find someone that you interned under and has a Quirk Evolution.” Izuku pills out his notebook (he still doesn't tell All Might where he is hiding it on his person) and opens it up at the page where he wrote his discoveries. “I've managed to find information on the fifth, sixth, and seventh, the other four are a mystery.”

All Might took the notebook and started reading it. “Young Midoriya, this is extremely detailed.”

“Well yeah, I started doing analysis since I knew how to write. On the rooftop I've asked if I can become a hero like you , I already knew that I could become a hero like Sir Nighteye or any other Hero that allows them to gather information, they don't need to be able to punch a skyscraper to help people.” Izuku said bitterly, he was having a bad day, being confirmed that he isn't actually worthless would have been nice but instead he got his dreams discarded yet again by his childhood Hero no less. “By the way, the fact that you left me all alone on perhaps the only rooftop in the city that didn't have building railings wasn't really wise.”

All Might turned grim at the comment. “Oh my, I… I didn't realize the implications.”

“Well, if you don't leave children on the rooftop from this point on I’ll take it as an apology.” Izuku said in an attempt to break the awkward moment.

All Might gave a small nod and Izuku started running, leaving the skeleton man behind to get his scooter running again.

~~~~~
The same day, sometime around 11pm.
Izuku, now as Mikumo, finished Zip Tying some thugs and was heading to meet with Giran, one of the most known brokers, for some reason the man was acting as an employer for a just appearing criminal organization and was hiring every low life. 'Whoever is pulling the strings has funds, no one would simply promise over two hundred thugs payment without actually intending to offer it.' Izuku muttered to himself, thankfully his military mask is sound proof.
Mikumo bought the mask and everything that is part of his present Vigilante outfit from Giran. Before that he was going into a red hoodie, a surgical face mask, and some EraserHeard themed goggles over his normal clothes.
Now he had the said mask, a ski mask under it, a Kevlar hoodie, Kevlar pants, steel knuckle gloves, knee and elbow pads, and a pair of red steel toed boots. And that's just his clothes, he also has a Taser gun, a burner phone, two knives in each sleeve in special compartments, an expandable Bo staff, two Tanbo staffs, and his trusty Crowbar.
Mikumo saw a silhouette jumping from building to building. 'EraserHead.' There is one discrepancy about his statement about his outfit, Mikumo also has a completely legitimate laser pointer bought from a science fair when he was twelve. He used the said laser pointer to catch the attention of EraserHead since he started patrolling in Musutafu, he actually started a bit after Mikumo changed his outfit, if its presence was requested because Mikumo became way too scary looking for the local police is yet to be revealed.
He pulled out the said laser pointer and it took a bit under four seconds to hit him in the eye, the man flinched and looked at its source, Mikumo. 'It's ShowTime.' He pressed a small button under his chin and the mask changed from MUTE Mode to the voice changer. “Ah, EraserHead, good seeing you finally show up tonight, I was wondering if I had to call the Detective for the fourth time.” Mikumo watched carefully as the Underground Hero made his way down the adjacent building, EraserHead is basically a synonym with surprise attack and he isn't gonna slip up.
And as expected the moment that EraserHead set food on the ground was the same moment the capture scarf headed towards Mikumo's foot, he avoided with ease and then he dodged the punch headed for his head, he was too accustomed with Hero's fighting style for the him to even get the drop in him. “You never told me why you decided to become a Villain.” The Hero said in his monotone trademark fashion. “You clearly have the skills to be a Hero, why not become one? You can beat up thugs and be paid for it instead of doing that anyway over the fact you are a thief.”
Oh Mikumo wanted so much to tell EraserHead that he is only thirteen years old instead of the young adult of around seventeen years like his voice changer was giving the impression. “I didn't really choose the life that I have now but I wouldn't change it for anything else, it's simply something that you need to experience to understand it.” And of course he isn't going to tell EraserHead that he might be his student the following year, Mikumo fully intends to drop some hints but outright telling him would ruin whatever face he is going to make when he realizes that he is going to become the babysitter of the biggest pain in the ass in his recent memory.
EraserHead turned towards the three tied up people. “So what's up with them?”
Drunken muggers, the one with the toxic green hair attacked a young woman, around 24 years old from her appearance, and she retaliated by hitting him with pepper spray in the eyes, most enjoyable fourteen second of screams of agony while the dumbass was getting in fetal position, the other two watched it happen like idiots just enough for me to put myself between them and her. ” Mikumo could swear he saw a smile on Eraser's face before he adjusted his scarf. “ I told the woman to leave and that if they follow her I'd stop them, she did as instructed and that was the moment I realized that they were more afraid of the woman than they were of me. ” He let out a long sigh, the fact that he's only 166 cm tall negates any attempts of intimidation. “ Two minutes later, you showed up and decided to try blinding you again.
Eraser got closer to the tied up trio and started inspecting them. “So what are you doing tonight?” That was basically code for "Do I need to run after you tonight?”
Nah, tonight I'm investigating a pretty large group but the chances of them becoming a night time problem are slim .” Mikumo was more concerned about who he should warn in general, it's fairly obvious for anyone with more than two brain cells that the two hundred something thugs are cannon fodder so the "big bad evil guy" can do his thing uninterrupted but no daylight Hero would even bother listening to him even if he tried.
EraserHead let out a sound of acknowledgement and Mikumo went further into the dark alley.
Time to meet with Giran.
~~~~~

Kagerō Okuta, also known as Giran the broker, just finished hiring some people for this new organization.

The League of Villains leader, Tomura Shigaraki, is the embodiment of a man-child but the guy offers payment so Kagerō stays silent, who knows? Maybe he'll grow out of this phase and become the real deal and a much appreciated customer, if that happens he will make sure he is in his best moods, he doesn't want to lose a client with so deep pockets.

Why hello there. ” Was heard from the alley he was passing by. “ I heard that some new guys are hiring, did you not think to answer one of your best customers if he's interested?” A familiar dark figure stepped out of the shadows.

“Oh, Mikumo, good seeing you, I haven't heard from you in months.” Kagerō greeted, he will not say it out loud but he is somewhat proud of the kid, he still remembers the twelve years old version of him who searched him up to get illegal supplies. Now Mikumo is standing in front of him looking like a mini-berserker, likely as fast and as vicious as last time he saw him in action.

Things started moving, my mom got a better paying job and I started training to apply for a Hero school.” Ah yes, the financial problem that got the kid on the streets, he looked so innocent and so desperate that he couldn't let him become a living husk. Kagerō never asked what the kid's Quirk was but he knew it wasn't a strong one by any means, he had the pleasure to see him grow from the stuttering mess that he was into the confident person he was today.

A random memory surfaced about a guy calling Mikumo a midget, mainly because he didn't know there was an actual child under that hoodie, and the little menace broke the guy's kneecaps with his Crowbar, the man was on his knees the next moment and Mikumo said something around the lines "If I'm a midget then I'll bring you to my height to speak at the same level." and Kagerō didn't struggle to breathe after hearing that, if the kid could say all day but it didn't happen. “Good to hear you're ok, but does this mean I won't be seeing the love child of The Punisher and Daredevil on the streets from now on?”

Ha ha ha, you're so funny. ” Mikumo sneered. “ Are you going to tell me about this new group or you really need me to do something?”

“Sorry Mikumo but you know the Broker's oath, never snitch on the clients.”

Yeah whatever, I ain't leaving without some Intel.”

Kagerō smirked at the kid. “Well I guess getting to call you for a small job or two is enough.” He could metaphorically see the kid roll his eyes behind the mask. “They have deep pockets and hire anyone, no matter the Quirk.”

Who in the world would need so many people and who do they want to attack? Most Heroes stick up with a 'Theme' when hiring so they wouldn't really need this much diversity if the Hero has sidekicks.” Mikumo muttered, barely understandable due to the voice changer but Kagerō had experience decoding the kid's tangents.

“Maybe they attack in multiple areas at the same time?” He suggested.

Or in one place that offers a lot of diversity… ” Mikumo took a more confident posture. “ They want to set up a trap in a pre-decided area and systematically take down their enemy.

“Isn’t that too bold of a claim?”

I've been gone for six months and lost faith in my madman theories?” Mikumo's tone was amused even through his voice changer.

“I'm just saying to not be disappointed when the said mystery trap is going to happen.”

Then let's make it a little bet.” Mikumo stretched out his arm for a handshake. “If I'm wrong my depth doubles.

“And if you're right?”

You owe me a favor instead of me owing you.” He said nonchalantly.

Kagerō took the hand and shook it. “Be ready to lose, kid.”

Then I'll go on my way. ” Mikumo turned around, made a few steps, and suddenly stopped. “ Actually I'll need a pair of leg and arm bracers by the end of the month.”

“You have the money, I have the goods.” The kid started moving again and blended with the alley's shadows.

Kagerō went on his way and started wondering if the kid got too cocky with the bet. Where would you even find a place that emulates five or six different environments?

Notes:

I've been stuck with Villain Izuku Midoriya ideas in my head for almost a week!

I want to write on "They should have seen it coming" but I can't until I have all these ideas out of my head and written somewhere.

If I get enough feedback I'll continue the fic. (or if more ideas start cluttering in my head to write a second chapter.)
