it was a lovely and quiet autumn morning in jaemin’s apartment. it was about 10AM and the sun was shining brightly, jaemin was sleeping but he could tell because of the rays of sunlight that passed through his window. the night before wasn’t cold, so jaemin ended up sleeping with just shorts and a thin blanket on top of him.
he could hear the birds outside, the noise that the warm breeze made as it was hitting his room’s curtains, but at the same time he couldn’t hear anything. it was a comfortable silence that he was appreciating a lot, he really wanted to enjoy his saturday morning by sleeping until the afternoon, so yeah-
‘na jaemin! wake up!’ yeah, jaemin totally forgot about his boyfriend that morning. he felt someone jumping on top of him, someone light and tiny. a wide smile appeared on his face as he pulled his arms out from under the blanket, hugging his boyfriend’s waist and giving a small kiss on his forehead.
‘yah, injunnie. let me sleep a little more~’ he tried to buy his boyfriend’s approval by being a soft mess and giving him lots of kisses, he knew that renjun was weak for that because it’s the side of jaemin that he only showed him. it’s not that jaemin is a bad boy, but he was a really private person.
‘no! that won’t work on me today. you promised me that you’d film the video with me and you’re doing it. now stand up from bed and put some clothes on.’ renjun gave him a small kiss on his lips before standing up, running out of the room and going back to the place where he was organizing all his set-up.
jaemin started to complain as he did what his boyfriend told him to do: he stood up as he started to tap his own abdomen with his fingertips and tried to fix his messy hair since he wasn’t going to have a shower until later, going to the closet where he kept his clothes (the ones that renjun always use too) and putting on the first hoodie he saw.
after months and months of renjun asking him to do a video together, jaemin finally agreed. he was feeling a little nervous because it was his first time appearing on renjun’s channel, his fans knew that he had a boyfriend but they didn’t know who he was. he was a really private person and he was okay with renjun doing what he does, at the end of the day it was his dream and he loved seeing him happy, and after seeing the excitement on renjun’s eyes as he asked him if they could film that video he couldn’t say no.
he went out of his room and he looked to the living room, seeing his little boyfriend putting all his make-up on the table and trying to get a good angle with the camera so it could film him and jaemin perfectly. jaemin smiled widely just when he saw renjun sticking out the tongue a little, a cute habit he always did when he was focusing on something.
‘want me to help you?’ he said as he was going inside the kitchen, he was starving, so he decided to eat something before sitting down on that couch for at least an hour with renjun doing his make-up.
‘you could help me by bringing your stubborn ass here so we can start to film the video! I have to edit it so I can upload it tonight and it’ll take me hours.’ he pouted unintentionally before looking to the kitchen’s door, seeing jaemin walking to where he was as he was peacefully eating a sandwich.
‘I still don’t know why I agreed to this. I could have been peacefully sleeping in our bed at this moment but I’m here.’ he jumped to the empty seat next to renjun, giving another bite to his food and resting his back on the couch, closing his eyes and hearing renjun’s cute laugh.
‘you’re doing this because you love me, silly. now stop being dumb, we’re starting now.’ renjun tried to stand up from the couch, he had to start filming with the camera, but jaemin was a little faster than him and he took his boyfriend’s wrist, pulling him closer to him and starting kissing his lips in a soft and calmed way, just enjoying the taste of his lips until renjun pulled away, cheeks red and giggles coming out of his mouth.
‘why was that?’ renjun stood up, but jaemin was still holding his wrist, letting him go when renjun walked to where the camera was.
‘I won’t be able to kiss you in god knows how much time, I have to enjoy it while I can.’ his eyes were fixed on renjun all the time, he loved teasing his boyfriend and seeing the mess he makes out of him every time he flirts with him.
‘shut up.’ renjun whispered, standing behind his camera and trying his best to focus on what he was doing, but he was feeling jaemin’s eyes on him and he didn’t have to look to know that jaemin had that stupid smirk that always made his legs shake, since the first day they met.
‘why don’t you come here and shut me up?’ renjun sighed as he kept focusing on his own stuff, pressing the record button on his camera and walking away to see it better.
‘is it filming?’ he asked out loud, but he was actually asking that to himself and not to jaemin, who just pouted when he saw that his boyfriend wasn’t paying attention to him.
‘are you trying to ignore me?’ renjun moved a little more, trying to see if the red light was on, and it was, meaning that the camera was filming everything.
‘I think we should start now, are you ready?’ renjun sat down again next to his boyfriend, fixing his hair a little bit. he was a makeup artist after all, he didn’t want to look bad in front of his camera. jaemin smiled as he rolled his eyes, putting his hand around renjun’s waist and approaching his boyfriend a little.
‘I’m more than ready.’ he leaned closer to him, starting to leave soft kisses on renjun’s neck, feeling renjun’s body relaxing a little under his touch.
‘na jaemin, you better behave, we’re filming a video.’ renjun complained, but he wasn’t even trying to push him away. he enjoyed his boyfriend’s kisses a little too much. jaemin smiled, biting the skin of his neck after separating himself from his boyfriend.
‘okay, love.’ renjun smiled, giving a soft peck on jaemin’s lips before fixing his clothes and his boyfriend’s hair. with his hand jaemin continued caressing renjun’s waist, squeezing it a little and pulling him closer. and then they were ready to start.
‘hey moonies! welcome to my channel again. as you can see in the title this is a really special video because my boyfriend is appearing in my channel for the first time and you can finally meet him! introduce yourself, babe.’ renjun looked at jaemin with a wide smile as he put his hand on his thigh, caressing it slowly and making jaemin smile.
‘hi moonies. I’m jaemin, renjun’s boyfriend.’ he waved at the camera as if there was someone behind, just like renjun did when he started his greeting.
‘after months literally begging him to make a video with me, he finally agreed and I’m doing his makeup today, so let’s go!’ jaemin was just looking at his boyfriend, he looked so excited while he was explaining what they were going to do.
renjun started to look at the table, frowning as he was thinking about where to start. jaemin’s skin was already really good, so he wasn’t going to put him on some base because of that.
‘mmm... I think I should start putting some concealer on, he just woke up and he has some eye bags so that could make him look even more handsome!’ jaemin just stayed in silence as he was looking at his boyfriend, who was taking some makeup that he didn’t know about.
‘don’t lie to your followers, I always look handsome.’ he said when renjun turned to face him with a make-up brush and the concealer. he chuckled at his boyfriend’s words.
‘you’re the one who’s lying to yourself by saying that, baby.’ jaemin smiled as renjun started to apply the concealer under his eyes. he looked so cute.
‘do you want me to start with doing your eyes or your lips? oh! I can try to make some contouring and highlights!’ jaemin raised his eyebrows, laughing at his boyfriend’s actions.
‘I don’t understand what you’re talking about but my lips are the last thing. If I want to kiss you I won’t care about anything and I don’t want you to complain about me ruining your work.’ renjun blushed as he rolled his eyes, giving jaemin a small punch on his shoulder and winning a small kiss on his cheek.
half an hour passed by and renjun already finished contouring on jaemin’s face: he just put some base even tho he wasn’t going to do that in the beginning, then he put the necessary shadows and he finished with some highlights in his cheekbones and nose, making him look a little more angelic.
‘you look amazing. doesn’t he, moonies? I’ll do your eyes now, so close your eyes and stay still or I’d punch you.’ of course he was joking... right? it sounded more like a thread hiding behind a cute smile. jaemin just obeyed what he said, closing his eyes.
‘I’ll use gold shade, I really like gold.’ and then jaemin just felt multiple things in his eyes. he didn’t know what they were, but if he opened his eyes and saw those things he wouldn’t know either, so he just trusted his boyfriend with that.
‘you better be putting my makeup on like a model because I want to look fabulous after this.’ jaemin said in a serious tone, but both of them knew that he was joking just to make renjun laugh. spoiler: it worked.
‘if you don’t look fabulous it’s because you keep moving and laughing every time. you have to stay still, babe.’ renjun didn’t even bother, he just kept putting some gold eyeshadow on his boyfriend’s face.
‘it’s not my fault that stupid brush keeps tickling m- ouch!’ jaemin slightly opened his eye, letting a kinda loud scream out of his mouth and covering his eye with one of his hands. renjun covered his mouth with his hands, feeling really worried for his boyfriend.
‘babe, are you okay? I told you to keep your eyes closed, you stupid. let me see.’ renjun tried to take jaemin’s hand away from his face, and when he finally did it he saw that jaemin’s eye was perfectly fine. jaemin started to laugh.
‘are you dumb? oh my god, na jaemin. I was so worried I thought that I hurt you. what if something happened to you because of me? I hate you.’ he said as he started to hit jaemin with a pillow while the older was still laughing his lungs out, it was just so funny for him.
‘I’m so sorry, baby.’ he said as he hugged renjun’s body, but his boyfriend was trying so hard to push him away. of course jaemin was stronger than him, so he ended up sighing and hugging him back.
‘don’t scare me like that ever again, idiot.’ jaemin gave a small kiss on renjun’s cheek and after a couple minutes just cuddling renjun continued with jaemin’s makeup.
‘okay... now we only have to do your lips and we’re done with your make-up.’ renjun said happily as he took one of his favourite lipsticks, taking jaemin’s chin with his fingers and lifting his head so the light could hit perfectly on his boyfriend’s lips.
jaemin was just looking at how renjun was staring at his lips, and a smirk suddenly showed up on his face.
‘you’re staring at my lips.’ renjun frowned as he kept going with his job, gently applying lipstick on his lips.
‘that’s literally what I have to do, nana.’ he knew that renjun was just saying the truth, but his flirty side decided to do something about it and make his boyfriend feel a little mad at him. but just a little, nothing serious.
‘if you keep staring at my lips like that I’ll have to kiss the hell out of you right now.’ and he knew that it worked when renjun’s whole face started to become red, even his necks and his ears were red.
‘don’t you dare to do that, na jaemin, or i swear to go that I-‘ he looked into jaemin’s eyes: a really bold move. those brown and mesmerizing orbes were staring at him with love and adoration, but also with arrogance and desire, as if he knew that he wanted this.
renjun froze, he felt small under jaemin’s eyes, and he didn’t notice that his boyfriend was kissing him and that he was kissing him back until he felt jaemin’s tongue trying to explore his mouth. in that moment renjun put his hands on his chest, pushing him away and noticing how jaemin’s lipstick was all messed up all over his boyfriend’s lips.
‘ugh, I hate you! look what you did. now I have to start this again.’ he took some make-up removal, trying to fix the mess jaemin made on his face as the other boy chuckled.
‘I think you need that too.’ renjun frowned and then he took the small mirror he had there, looking at his reflection. he noticed that all the lipstick jaemin didn’t have on was all around his lips, which were even more red than jaemin’s.
‘oh my god.’ now it was jaemin who took the make-up removal, cleaning his boyfriend’s lips while renjun was complaining about how stupid he was. but jaemin was just nodding at laughing at how funny he could be sometimes.
renjun started with jaemin’s lips again, applying the lipstick correctly and being finally over with his boyfriend’s makeup.
‘okay! it’s finally over. you can look at yourself now.’ renjun gave jaemin the small mirror, making him look at himself.
‘meh, this is not bad. but I think that I could do better, love, no offence.’ renjun laughed at that comment: he knew that jaemin’s skills for make-up were practically non-existent and that he was just messing around.
‘so, that’s it for today, moonies! I hope you had a great time watching this and that you give this video lots of love. maybe we could also do a video of this dumbass trying to do my make-up if you want to. bye bye and see you on the next video!’ he sent some kisses to the camera and then he waved at it. jaemin was just laughing.
‘bye bye.’ he ended up saying and then waved at the camera too. and finally, the video was over. jaemin layed down on the couch, closing his eyes and acting as if he worked for hours and hours.
‘can I take my makeup off now? it feels a little weird, my face is heavy.’ renjun smiled as he nodded with his hand, approaching his boyfriend and giving him a small kiss before standing up.
‘I’ll go to edit the video, you can go and take a shower if you want to. and remove your make up first.’ he went to where the camera was, pausing the recording and turning it off.
‘can I go with you so we can cuddle while you’re editing? I think I deserve some cuddles after this.’ he stood up too, approaching renjun and putting his hands on his waist, giving him soft kisses all over his face and leaving lipstick marks without even noticing.
‘of course, big baby. now go and take a shower.’ and after giving him a small peck on his lips renjun went back to their room where he had his computer. jaemin shook his head, heading to the bathroom.
‘3, 2, 1...’
‘yah, na jaemin! I’m going to punch your pretty face!’ jaemin laughed loudly, renjun realized that he had lipstick marks all over his face. he had a good time making that video, maybe he’ll show up in his boyfriend’s channel more often, who knows?
