An alternate ending to the friendship games, ever since I saw the movie I've adored what little we saw of vice principal Cadence's and Sci Twi's relationship, but I've been wondering what it would mean if she was a bit more protective towards who I'm dubbing her adopted daughter and it turns out it's very bad news for a certain legacy obsessed dean. We join Twilight as she's recovering in the medical bay from becoming the knowledge obsessed midnight sparkle, sunset as ever offering to stay yet twilight insisted that she'd call her as soon she was cleared, it's not that she didn't like her quite the opposite actually, it's that she needed some time to think and process and if her past has shown her anything that was best done alone. Seeing dean Cinch walking towards her made her feel even worse along with almost destroying two realities and turning into a real life power hungry super villainess she had endangered the lives of not only her dean, but also the girls whom sheconsidered friends (even if they didn't quite see her that way yet). "Ms. Sparkle I am very disappointed inyou, not only did you endanger my life but you lost the games what else am I to expect from a pathetic andworthless peasant though, as she spoke she got closer and closer to the heartbroken girl who was becoming more so by the second. "I know one thing though you piece of filth she hisses as she roughly grabs the nowwhimpering girl's face digging her claws in drawing trickles of blood, not only can you forget about thatlittle independent study program, but I will make it the focus of my academic career that you get rejectedfrom every single university in this country". "P p please you're hurting me, the petrified girl barely squeaksout, oh my dear the heartless woman cackles I haven't even begun". Quick as a flash her hand is grabbed in a grip likedurrasteal as she's yanked to the floor all while twilight's heartbreaking cries ring throughout the school alerting not onlyteacher's passing by but also her new friend's (the Crystal prep and CHS girls alike), who just stand there in shock asvice principal Cadence beats dean Cinch to a pulp. "You don't ever touch a child, let alone Twilight", hearing that the girl'sgasp and turn their eyes to the still sobbing girl nodding to each other the Crystal prep girls (and rainbow dash) go to help beat that monster of a dean into unconsciousness as the CHS girls go to comfort Twilight. "Twilight sweetie can you tell me what happened" Roseluck gently asks as Fluttershy lays the broken girl's head in her lap stroking her hair softly. As she trys tospeak she's overcome with sobs once again as she nuzzles even deeper in Fluttershy's lap as if trying to hide fromsomething. "It's ok honey, Roseluck coos as Fluttershy gently hums, just let it out you're safe now".That turned out way longer than I thought but I feel really good about it :)
