The old castle stood at the top of the hill, close enough to see that in a high window stood someone’s silhouette.
Anyone would run away at that very moment, as fast as possible with no looking back. But not her. Some strange and unknown things always attract Ellyn.
— Have you got the guts to go inside? – she was asked.
— Oh, I have, and hope all of you, too. - said the girl without a shadow of doubt.
Young people were moving along the path to the main entrance of the castle. The closer they came to the dark old castle, the stronger previously unknown feelings arose, in the depths of the girl's soul.
She was on the cusp of refusing the offer, but summat deep inside has made her cross the threshold of the old castle. Doors have closed at that very moment, aren't letting somebody else to know secrets of the castle.
— Do you have any idea what are you doing here, a little miss?
— I’ve been wondering if the rumours were true, mister?
— Some truth is hiding in every unbelievable story. Would you mind to dance with me?
— Quite an interesting offer, but what about music? – she said, still trying to simmer up.
She missed the moment he’s gone down the stairs and has appeared right behind her back.
— Isn’t this tune perfect for dance? – his delicate whisper was messed all thoughts.
— It’s perfect. – she let him lead. – Would you mind telling me which rumours are true?
— No need to hurry, my dear. We’ll got a lot of time to talk...
