Summary
Leon wakes up in a mysterious classroom with windows bolted shut. The last thing he remembers is being accepted into Hope's Peak Academy as the Ultimate Baseball Star before blacking out.
As if this unusual start to his school life wasn't enough, a strange despair-obsessed robotic bear called Monokuma shows up and announces that in order for Leon and his classmates to escape their predicament, they must successfully get away with killing another person. There's a catch: if they're exposed during the class trial, they'll be executed and if they succeed, they 'graduate' and the others are executed.
Leon and his classmates' struggles increase throughout the Killing School Life as they work to end the game once and for all. Will they succeed in exposing the mastermind at the cost of their friends' lives or will despair prevail?
