Summary
Dean is a single father raising his daughter, Emma. On the first day of fourth grade Emma decides to befriend the new girl who has just moved to town. Dean decides to befriend the new girl’s dad as well.
In a midlife crisis state, fresh off filing for divorce, Cas buys an abandoned hotel on a breathtaking island in the Bahamas and convinces Dean to help him renovate it to its former glory. Dean, of course, agrees unable to deny the man he loves anything.
It all seems like literal paradise with the deep blue ocean and white sand beaches right there, until it all comes crashing down. Problems with the hotel? Check. Problems with his love life? Double check.
