Hooty was interested in the human languages so Luz downloaded Duolingo on her magical rectangular box (cell phone) and held it in front of him because he is literally just a neck so he can't hold it himself
She opened up the app and a green owl appeared on screen, explaining the basics of the app
Hooty wasn't paying attention though because he found the Duolingo owl very a t t r a c t i v e.
Hooty found himself... Fantasizing
