Izuku blinks his eyes open, waking up snuggled into Katsuki’s chest. Their backs were both completely naked and the thick blanket only rose until their hips, but the warmth from each other’s bodies was all they needed to fend off the cold, morning air. Remembering what had happened last night made Izuku’s heart get overcome with a soft, happy feeling. It felt like fluffy clouds manifesting in his chest.
Katsuki grunted in his sleep, pulling the greenette in closer into his chest. Izuku grinned happily, burying his face in the other’s skin. His chest was always so big and squishy. Although it felt a bit clammy to the touch—for obvious reasons—he still couldn’t help but admire its size—and squishiness. It was like a pillow. Kacchan. He was just a great, big, huggable teddy bear. He was his teddy bear.
Katsuki’s eyes fluttered open and frowned down at his rosy-cheeked partner.
"What’s with the face?" he grumbled.
Kacchan’s morning voice... Izuku thought, grinning as he nuzzled Katsuki’s chest lovingly with his cheek.
"Nuthin," the boy replied.
Katsuki looked down at his disheveled, green hair. It looked so beautiful under sunlight. But then again, this was Deku we were talking about. His soft, adorableness could never miss.
"How do your legs feel?" Katsuki asked him, his face buried in his green locks as he breathed. He somehow always smelled of pillows and sleep whatever the occasion. It had become the blonde’s comfort scent over time.
Izuku tried to move his legs, thinking that they felt as good as they were yesterday; but he immediately took that back when he felt the pain surge all throughout his waist and up to his stomach. He winced, laughing sarcastically. "Let’s just say that you didn’t disappoint when I told you to do what you did."
Katsuki held Izuku close, kissing his hair again. This time, it was in apology. He actually felt bad for the boy.
"I’m sorry," he said softly, running one hand up and down the greenette’s back as the other wrapped around his shoulders.
Izuku smiled, kissing Katsuki’s chin. "It’s alright. My stomach just feels a little... groggy.”
Katsuki’s eyes widen in horror as he grabs the greenette’s face. “Are you pregnant?”
Izuku looks into his frightened ruby reds and laughs nervously. “W-what? Kacchan, no!”
“Oh.” Katsuki sighs in relief, pulling the boy up a little so he can kiss the crook of his neck. “Thank God.”
The greenette notices this and gets worried. “Wait—“ he takes the blonde’s face in his hands and looks at him—“What if I were, Kacchan?”
He gives the freckle-faced boy a confused look. “What? But you aren’t, right?”
“But what if I were ?” Izuku repeated, a little concerned.
“What do you mean?” Katsuki replied, a little irritant with how he was acting right now.
“What are you gonna do if I were actually pregnant, Katsuki?” he cried. “With your baby!”
“You’re overreacting,” he scoffed.
“Well I’m scared ,” he sniffled.
Katsuki is taken aback, eyes wide with realization. “Deku,” his voice is softer. “You don’t think I’ll leave you, right?”
Izuku’s lip quivered. “Will you?”
The way his voice sounded wasn’t like him. He sounded scared, terrified even. He was genuinely worried he was gonna leave him.
“Come here.” He pulled him into his chest.
Izuku sobbed softly into his chest, holding onto him tightly so he wouldn’t be able to let go. But he didn’t have to.
“I’m not going anywhere, baby.”
“You promise?”
“Cross my heart, Bunny.”
Izuku smiled upon hearing his pet name, sniffling a little. He knew the other male would never hurt him, but he wasn’t as sure as he was right now. He just loved him so much.
