The Failed Experiment

Summary:

There are many different tales telling about how he became one of them.
About how the boy came to meet the family of three.
About how the boy turned the three into four.

Some tell the tale about the avian finding him as a baby and raising him as his own son.
Some tell the tale about the musician being the one to find the boy as a toddler and bringing him home.
Some tell the tale about the boy always belonging to the family, sharing the same blood as them.

But even with all the many tales that go around the server, none of them come close to the real story.

About the blood god being the one to find the boy.
About the blood god lifting his sword to the boy’s throat.
About the blood god feeling connected with the boy.
About the blood god being the one to bring him home.

And the blood god would make sure that no tale ever did.
After all he is supposed to be feared.

Notes:

This a new story idea that popped up on my head after Tommy's chill stream with Techno, Ranboo and Tubbo, where he talked about being borned in a lab

Let me know what you guys think about it!

And remember to stay hydrated!

Chapter Text

Technoblade knew something was wrong since the moment he left the town to travel back home. The voices seemed agreed, but unlike other times where they would scream at him about what would happen or how to react, this time they had no idea about what was wrong.

It was nearing night when Techno decided to make a camp to allow Carl to rest, afterall he cared about his horse and didn’t want the horse to tire himself too much, besides it was a three day travel and they would be able to travel better in the morning with the sun light illuminating the path back home and without the risk of running into any unwanted mobs.

A campfire was set up with the ease of years of practice and Carl was already laying down enjoying his time off, Techno made sure to light the area close to the camp with some torches before settling down at the camp and rummaging through his satchel looking for some food.

He heard the voices shout before Carl even made noise and in seconds he was up on his feet sword pulled from its sheath pointing directly where the voices called for danger, but at the end of the sword was a boy, not older than 12 years old, kneeling in front of Carl, with one of his hand petting his head making him left out a huff of breath before laying his head back on the grass under him.

“Step away from him” Techno growled and the boy finally looked up at him but made no sign to move “I said step away” The tip of the sword was pushed closer to the boy.

When the boy got up on his feet Techno managed to finally take a look at him, he seemed tall for the age Techno associated him with, he was wearing nothing besides a white gown that went till his knees and a white wristband that appeared to have something written on.

“What are you doing here?” Techno asked taking a step towards him, sword still pointing at him.

The boy however didn’t seem to mind instead ignoring the god’s questions and threatening posture and taking small steps towards the fire before kneeling close to it, making Techno frown.

“You are not welcome here” Techno said stepping next to the kneeling boy, who again didn’t seem to care, instead reaching his hand towards the fire, but before being able to touch it had his wrist snatched by Techno “What is wrong with you?” Techno hissed pulling the boy a few steps away from the fire.

The boy only looked at him, not trying to pull his arm away, not moving, not talking, just looking, and Techno just stared back, waiting for the boy to do or say anything. But he didn’t, and after fifteen minutes Techno gave up, taking a closer look at the boy now with the brightness of the campfire, his hair as golden as the father’s that awaited him back home, his eyes seemed grey and stray, the white gown smudged with mud and dew and the wrist being held by Techno’s hand contained the wristband that now Techno was able to read: T-0111
