Ganyu had always been alone, Rex Lapis watching over Liyue was her only comfort. Until she met a certain purple haired girl who had the brightest eyes, Keqing, and fell in love with her in an instant. How could Ganyu love someone of her status? She's Keqing. The Yuheng of the Liyue Qixing. And Ganyu was just.. a Secetary.
The Secetary began to notice some of the Yuheng's habits such as, Keqing would always take a moment to admire Liyue from a place higher up, when the wind is blowing. Ganyu decided there and then that Keqing's side profile was even sexier than how she already looked.
Everytime Keqing talks to Ganyu, the Adeptus becomes a stuttering and blushing mess which Keqing always laughs at, the heavenly laugh that descended from Celestia. Ganyu will always thank Rex Lapis for letting her meet such a beautiful girl.
Until one day, Ganyu thought it was finally the right time to confess. It was absurd, Cloud Retainer would think. How could an Adeptus love a human being? Getting too attached will just hurt in the end. Ganyu knew, but went ahead to announce her love for Keqing.
To which, Keqing smiled and replied, "I've liked you for a long time too, Ganyu," Her name being called by those pink, rosy, kissable lips of hers made her feel inferior, as if she had to obey Keqing's every order. The two shared a loving kiss in the Jade Chamber.
🌻
Of course, nothing could last forever. Keqing had a time to leave, planned by the archons. At least, she had lived her life to the fullest. Thank you, Rex Lapis for letting Keqing move into the after life peacefully. Ganyu thanked as she felt a tear roll down her cheek over the make shift grave, with a hair pin in her hands that once belonged to her beloved.
Ganyu gently placed a kiss on the golden hair pin in her hands, "I'll make sure the Liyue you shaped will be protected forever," She whispered. "I'll miss you, so much," the Qilin's small tears turned into bigger ones, until she finally broke down. Her knees gave way and she collapsed on the ground, not hitting the grave.
What a Curse she had to bear with.
