With a yawn, Lucky woke up in Aesop’s arms. Aesop was spooning him, still asleep. Lucky closed his eyes again, pushing himself into Aesop’s chest further.
This time, the pressure woke Aesop, since he was naturally a light sleeper. He ran his fingers through Lucky’s hair. He was quite soft.
”Mmm... Good morning sweetheart..” he smiled, holding him close.
Lucky yawned again. “G’mornin...” He hugged Aesop’s arms. “You’re warm..”
Aesop smiled slightly, kissing the top of his head. “You still tired..?”
”Mhm...” He turned his body to face Aesop, burning his face into his chest. “I don’t wanna get upppp...”
”We can’t sit here all day y’know..”
”Five more minutesss....” He wrapped his arms around the other boy, whining. “You’re so comfy I don’t wanna leave... let’s just go back to sleep honeyy..” Lucky kicked his legs weakly, pouting.
“...” He let out a sigh giving in to the other. He was tired too after all, and he couldn’t resist Lucky. He was too adorable. “Okay, fine. Five more minutes.”
“Tennnn...”
”We have work..”
”..Can we skipppp... pleaseeee..” he sounded more half asleep, barely keeping himself awake.
”Skip work to cuddle..?” He laughed, petting him. “You’re so adorable...”
“Hehehe... you can’t say no to meee... you’re tired too, I can tell..” He reached a tired hand out, brushing a hand through his hair briefly. “One day wouldn’t hurt.”
“Awww.” He kissed forehead, “you’re so spoiled. What would you do without me?”
”Dieeee. I would dieeee.” He scooted up, coming face to face to him. He smiled, seeing the other’s soft face. “I love you.”
”I love you too. Gosh you’re so irresponsible. I’m just letting you get away with this... I’m too good to you.” He planted kisses all around his face, making Lucky let out a giggle. He held him close, looking at his green eyes. They were tired, barely keeping their eyes open. “Stop acting like I don’t look totally stupid to you right now. You’re totally blind without your glasses.”
”I’m not completely blind... C’mon you’re being so mean to me..!” He couldn’t suppress his smile as Aesop continued kissing him. “What time even is it right now..?”
“Probably early...” He slid a hand into Lucky’s shirt, rubbing his back,
”... Aesop y’know what I remembered just now?” He laughed slightly, resting his head under Aesop’s chin. “It’s the weekend dummy. We don’t have work.”
”Oh-“ Aesop’s face flushed with embarrassment. “Dammit now I feel dumb..!”
”Hehe you areee dumb.” His voice drifted as started falling asleep. “But not that dumb. You got me, didn’t you?”
”Well, you’re just dumb too.”
”Shhhush quiet. Sleepy time. And put your hand back in my shirt.”
Aesop sighed. “Love you, little brat.”
”Love you too.”
